Chapter 3

3:28 pm Jakes pov

"God, only a couple more minutes" I grumbled to myself; I had 7 classes and they all sucked, but this one I hated the most.

The first day is always hard for me, for lunch, I just walked home and laid in bed thinking about Dan's request. We haven't had a "sleepover" since we were kids. I was kinda hoping that it was just me and him, we haven't had any proper hangout time in a while. I am his 3rd in line so its kind of a necessity.

I was suddenly pulled out of my thoughts by my teacher giving us the go to leave, "hay jake common man!" Josh said waving his hand in front of my face, "I'm coming god get your sausage fingers out of my face" I pushed him away as I slid out from my desk. "Offensive," he chuckled "so did dan ask you to come over?" my eyes bulged." how do u know, did he ask everyone?"

" Geez so uptight, oh and no just you but he told me he was, and judging from your reaction you said yes". "Why would he only ask me? like did I do something wrong, does he want individual practice?"

"god man calm down, I think he just wants to hang out."

"Oh ok well, we better hurry it is almost 3:40."

As I and Josh walked out the school double doors we immediately saw Dan and the rest of the pack, Dan turned and flashed us a warm smile before telling all of us to get in his truck.

We all hopped in and naturally me Josh and Dan in front, Blake, Ricky, Ellie in the back and Axle Sam, Timothy, and Aden in the bed. We were about 20 or 30 minutes away from the grove, it was just inside dan's pack territory, Axle and Aden were both in there wolf forms playing in the bed just giving Sam and Tim room to sit "HAY ASSHOLES!!" Dan yelled loud enough to be herd from the bed, it made everyone jump except josh we all lowered our heads, my heart instantly started pumping 100 times faster, Dan only yells when we're doing something bad.

"AXLE, ADEN SIT DOWN" Dan yelled again, right as he said this they both lowered very far down in the bed not even wanting to be seen and Aden wined, he is the very lowest member of our pack, and he knows it very well.

We pulled up to the grove and everyone hopped out lightning fast, "ok pack get going" Dan said and we all walked to the middle of the grove and got ready to change, except Axle and Aden.

OK SO I KNOW ITS SUPER SHORT BUT THE NEXT CHAPTER IS SUPER IMPORTANT SO IT WILL BE LONG ...there's gonna be wolf fights and stuff so yerp hehe ..these chapters will be getting longer as we go so plz don't be hating lol I'm trying to get 3 or 4 done today so yea!!
