The time is currently 7:45 AM Monday morning, and Monday means school.

After shutting off her alarm, Hana drags herself out of bed and to the door. She opens hers just as Woojin opens his. He's dressed in a white t-shirt and black sweatpants, his hair practically a bird's nest, eyes half-closed, still laced with sleep. She doesn't fare any better, looking like she'd just walked out of a tornado alive. She's amazed that the hair tie she used to put her hair into a messy bun last night was still in, and she's pretty sure she can feel traces of dried drool on her cheek. It takes her a few moments to register that they are both blankly staring at each other, and though she can feel the embarrassment creeping up her cheeks, she's much too tired to turn and hide. If Woojin got to see her in her most unattractive state, she, too, got to see Woojin at the most unattractive time of day.

She smiles, although a bit sleepily, and greets him. "Morning, Woojin."

He returns the smile, running a hand through his messy hair. "Morning. You can use the bathroom up here. I'll use the one downstairs."

"Thanks." Hana pats his cheek as she passes, and only realizes what she did once she's done it. "Uh," She awkwardly retracts her hand, suddenly thinking of a couple nights ago and what happened between them. No matter how many times she had thought about it, it never failed to leave her blushing and wondering if those moments meant anything to Woojin.

It seems obvious. If he flirted with her, that meant he liked her, right? Or at least he had some sort of attraction toward her, but Hana wasn't sure. The last time she had a boyfriend, she was in eighth grade, and everyone at that time only had a relationship with someone for the fact of simply being in one. There wasn't any real love now that Hana thinks back to it. It was the satisfaction of telling other people "Yeah, that's my boyfriend." because adolescents like to think they're always ahead of their peers whether it be maturity or in grades.

As a result, Hana doesn't have any real experience with how it feels to fall for someone like this. Her constantly accelerated heartbeat and warm cheeks whenever he's around are surefire signs that she likes him. And Woojin flirting with her? He didn't seem like the kind to go around and compliment every girl he sees.

Hana shakes her head, splashing her face with cold water. She doesn't like this feeling of uncertainty, stuck between doubting that he likes her back because she doesn't know everything about him yet, or feeling confident that yes, of course, Woojin likes her too because look at all the things he's done for her.

She concludes that one of these days, she'd have to confront Woojin about it. She doesn't want to beat around the bush when it comes to something like this because if she's going to fall in love, she wants to do it right. But really, how is she supposed to judge what's right from wrong when it's her first time?

At school, Hana's class has a test during third period for history, and she's sure she's going to fail it having completely forgotten about it over the weekend. She bites on the eraser of her pencil, shaking her leg as she tries to remember what the teacher had hinted just before they started the test. In frustration, she pinches the skin of her finger and squeezes her eyes shut, racking her brain for any sort of information that could help her, but to no avail, she pulls out nothing.

The lights in the classroom start to flicker, and panic overwhelms her at the thought of a demon attack during school when she sees Donghyun stiffen beside her. The lights flicker again, a little harsher this time, and it begins to give Hana a headache. There are a few groans from the back of the classroom, and a couple of students in front of her glare up at the ceiling lights. She takes a moment to close her eyes again, and tries to focus on finishing the test, but another round of annoyance strikes her when the lights continue to disturb her concentration.

"Sorry about the inconvenience, kids. Keep working and we'll take a break for the remainder of class." Their history teacher announces, shushing everyone from their whispered complaints.

Hana clenches her jaw, trying to ignore the all the disruptions, especially the lights, but it's nearly impossible to. She grips her pencil harder, reading through the next question and bubbling in an answer that she's confident in, and from there, it seems to get easier as the end nears. After a minute or two, the lights stop blinking, staying on bright without a waver, and class continues like so until the bell rings.

Donghyun chases her down the hall when she gets up from her desk for a bathroom break, pulling her to the side as she turns at the sound of her name.

"Are you okay?" He asks, eyebrows knitting together as he looks over her with worry.

"Other than dying from that test, yes, I'm well." Hana answers jokingly.

Donghyun nods in understanding, slowly releasing his grip on her. "Okay, that's good."

Hana becomes suspicious because it's rare for Donghyun to be so serious. "Why? Did something happen?" She asks quietly, looking around to make sure there was no one around them to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"No, nothing. I was just worried because of what happened this weekend coupled with this test." He explains, then bobs his chin toward the bathroom. "You should hurry before break's over."

Hana eyes him carefully, but shrugs it off as over precaution for the lack of demon activity lately. She continues on her way to the restroom, sighing when the lights above flicker for a second as she passes. This school needed to get its electricity checked.
