For the next few weeks, Hana and Woojin meet up often after school to come up with ideas to fundraise. They get their idea of hosting a carwash in the school parking lot approved, as well as bagging groceries at the local grocery store to receive donations, and even attend a festival for free as long as they emptied the trash cans any time they saw one that was overfilled and received tips for their volunteering.

Time flies by and soon, it's the day they're to leave for their senior class trip. Hana arrives to school early, around eight in the morning, wanting to make sure everything is prepared and ready to go. She's the first one there. The bus wasn't to leave till 8:30, and Woojin was to meet her here soon. Hana takes a seat by the school sign, legs swinging, while she waits for him. In the meantime, she calls the hotel, the places the classes had planned to go on the first day, and even a few of the parents that were skeptical of this trip to reassure them.

While she's on the phone with Hayoon's mother, Woojin arrives, duffle bag slung over his shoulders, hands in his pockets. He's sporting all black, black joggers, black sweater, black hat. It seemed to match his personality more than the light grey and blue uniforms they wore on the daily. She waves at him, beckoning him over. Just as she ends the call with Mrs. Kang, Woojin apologizes for arriving later than he promised.

"No worries! There's no one else here yet anyway." She grins, handing him a list of the class roster. "Are you ready for the trip? Donghyun said you guys never did anything like this at your previous school."

Woojin takes the paper from her and nods. "Our school had too many kids to plan any large-scale trips like this."

"I'm glad you get to experience this, then! It'll be loads of fun." She beams. When she sees other seniors begin to arrive, she balances herself with a hand on his shoulder as she stands up to wave them over. "Alright, Representative Park. Let's get this attendance down to business." She salutes to him, causing the corners of Woojin's mouth to go up the slightest bit. Her eyes widen, pointing at his lips. "You smiled!"

Woojin goes expressionless again and raises a brow. "I did. Is there something wrong with that?"

Hana holds her clipboard to her side and tucks some strands of hair behind her ear. "Of course not! It was just nice to see, that's all. Smile more, Woojin. It's cute." She winks, then turns to greet the students that had arrived.

She busies herself by making her way around to the students, getting their names checked off and reminding them that they could always ask her or Woojin a question if needed. As she walks around, Donghyun catches her by the arm, mouth opening to ask a question but drops it when he feels how cold she is. "Holy shit, Hana, your skin is freezing!" He exclaims.

Hana places her hand on her arm, frowning when she realizes he's right. "Ah, yeah, I suppose so." She looks up at the sky. "It looks like it's about to rain so-"

Donghyun immediately moves to shrug off his hoodie, steals her clipboard, and shoves the hoodie over her head. "Wear it. We can't have one of our reps getting sick." He chides, handing back her clipboard back once she's properly put it on.

"Thanks, Donghyun." Hana smiles warmly, reaching out to pat his cheek. Kim Donghyun is the epitome of the ideal boyfriend: kind and caring, extremely considerate, and an absolute cutie. "What about you though?"

"Don't worry! I've got a long sleeve on." He thumps his chest with a fist. "Plus, you need it more than I do right now." He turns her around by the shoulders and gives a light push. "Now go finish your job so you don't stress about being in a time crunch later."

As Hana and Woojin wrap up their last-minute representative duties, they end up being the last to board the bus of their class, while the other classes clamber onto their respective ones. Hana double-checks attendance one more time, calls out each name, and gives Mr. Kim a thumbs-up before they're off.

With luggage taking up many of the would-be vacant seats, Hana and Woojin have no choice but to sit in the two seats left in the front. Hana sticks her small suitcase in whatever space was left in the seat in front of hers, while Woojin tucks his duffle bag underneath his. Once they settle in for the two hour drive, Hana turns to Woojin, about to ask him what happened the other day in the hall but stops abruptly when she sees him pushing earbuds in.

Her cheeks flush in embarrassment even though she knows Woojin didn't seem like the kind of person for small talk. Trying to act naturally, she follows his suit and reaches into her backpack to find her own pair of headphones. She rummages through it, going through every pocket, but fails to produce her headphones. Hana pouts, silently reprimanding herself for not remembering to pack it. They were probably sitting on her desk right now, placed there the night before so she'd remember to grab it on her way to school, thinking that was a good idea instead of just packing it right away.

Woojin shifts in his seat, looking at her before wordlessly taking one of his earbuds out, offering it to Hana. When she blankly stares at it, he takes her hand, palm side up, and places the earbud in there. "The ride is two hours long, you're gonna need it." He points out.

Hana smiles gratefully at him, placing it into her ear. Soothing music floods her hearing, slow beats and beautiful piano accompaniments under soft voices makes her raise her eyebrows.

"Interesting taste, Park Woojin."

He gives what looks like a half-smile, half-smirk. "What did you expect me to listen to?"

Hana shrugs. "I can tell you I wasn't expecting this."

He runs a finger down the window, tracing the raindrops that race down from the outside. "It's gloomy out. It fits the mood."

Then, he leans down to grab his duffle bag, pulling a light, black windbreaker out of it. He places it onto Hana's lap and turns to look out the window.

"What's..." Hana begins, but then trails off, holding the jacket in her hand and looking at him questioningly instead.

"I can feel you shivering from here. Donghyun's sweater isn't going to keep you warm the whole trip." Woojin explains, glancing at her once before turning back to the window.

She frowns at Woojin's attire. He's only dressed in jeans and a sweater himself. Who's he to be chiding? "And what about you?"

He shrugs. "I'll deal with it. It's not that cold."

Hana makes a sour expression at him because he was disregarding his own health for hers, and though it's something she's extremely grateful for, she won't let that happen because if both of them got sick during the trip, the organization aspect of this outing was done for. So she takes his jacket, unzipping it and throwing it up to lay over both of their laps.

Woojin's eyes shift to look at her in question, his chin resting on his palm, elbow propped on the arm rest.

"To keep us both warm." Hana explains, smoothing the jacket down. "We can't get sick if we're the class reps."

Woojin nods with a blank face, holding her gaze for a few seconds too long to be considered normal before he looks back outside. But, really, what was normal anyway?
