Hana is flipped onto her back, landing with a soft thud on top of the mat. She groans, rolling over to lay on her stomach, pressing her warm cheeks against the cool vinyl. "That was a little too hard, don't you think?"

Donghyun feigns innocence, sticking his hands in his pockets and whistles a tune while looking away. When he feels her glare still on him, he stops and pouts instead. "It wasn't even that hard. I tried to do it lightly!" He defends himself, crouching in front of her. "Forgive me? I'll buy you dinner later this week."

She breaks into a smile. Damn you, Kim Donghyun. "McDonald's?"

He grins, pulling her up. "Where else?"

She makes him promise, linking her pinky with his before she begins to gather her things, stuffing them haphazardly into her backpack. As she continues cleaning up, Donghyun talks, "I think you should train with Woojin. He can help you get used to landing, and even if he throws you a little too hard, the boy's got telekinetic powers, he can save you before you put a hole through the wall."

Today was Hana's fifth day of training. After confronting Woojin about her potential abilities and pestering him about it for a few hours, he finally, and reluctantly, agreed to begin her with physical combat training.

"It works up from there. The more frustrated you get, the more likely it is to come out. That's how they broke our powers out of us." Woojin had explained as he walked her home after a long day at school last week. "You need to be pushed to the breaking point."

Hana absentmindedly nods as Donghyun spoke, taking her phone out to see multiple messages from Seoyun and Hayoon. They wanted to know if she could go with them to meet a few other boys from the other nearby high school tomorrow night. She thinks through her schedule, wondering if an hour was enough time to get home, shower, and get ready. She could probably get Donghyun to let her out early. After all, they were training in their free time, it wasn't like they were in a rush to activate her powers.

She texts back an okay! see you then (: to the girls, locks her phone, and slides it back into her backpack.

"I'm slightly offended that you're gonna go flirt with other boys when you have us four right here." Youngmin says from across the room, leaning against the wall, a deep frown on his face.

Donghyun's eyes fly to Hana, eyebrows creasing and mouth falling open. "I'm fully offended."

Daehwi rolls his eyes and tears his attention away from his laptop. "Stop acting like you don't flirt with girls too, Donghyun. We're teenagers, for God's sake."

"Hana and I have an exceptionally strong platonic relationship." Donghyun defends, throwing an arm around her and pulling her close to his side. "If she flirts with another boy, I'm going to be hurt."

Youngmin sticks his tongue out at Donghyun, pulling Hana to him. "Yeah, well, Hana and I agreed to have kids together, so please see your way out, Donghyun."

Daehwi chokes on air. "You what?"

"It wasn't for real, it was a platonic moment, like always." Hana clarifies, shoving Youngmin's arm off of her.

"Sure as hell doesn't sound platonic." Daehwi mutters, eyes still moving from her to Youngmin, searching for an explanation.

Hana glares at Youngmin for starting this, throwing a punch at him, one that he reads before she can even thrust her fist out and he moves to the side, smiling brightly at her as she catches nothing but air. She huffs, then turns to explain to Donghyun and Daehwi.

The two had been in line at an ice cream parlour the other day, and in front of them was a child of about eight months with his father. Hana had squealed, whispering that she wanted one of her own, and Youngmin nonchalantly had agreed, "Okay, let's make one."

In the spur of the moment, Hana played along, looking at him with hopeful eyes and asking, "Really? You're the best, Youngmin!"

And that was that.

Until Youngmin decided to be a cheeky bastard and decided to bring it up again.

"We were joking around, nothing more than that." Hana assures, slipping her arms through the straps of her backpack and heading toward the door. "See you guys tomorrow!"

As she reaches for the door handle, it rotates downward, being opened before her and revealing Woojin. He gives her a once over. "Where are you going?"

Hana moves to the side to let him through. "Home."

"Without one of us to walk you?"

"I live like ten minutes from here. Even less if I take a taxi." Hana rolls her eyes, slipping past Woojin who hadn't moved when she made room for him. She waves at him, getting no further than around the corner till Woojin is calling her name, following her.

"I'll walk you home then." Woojin says with a voice that gave Hana no room for disagreement. As they walk, Hana regrets not changing out of her clothes. It's cooler out now, being nearly ten in the evening. The sweat that sticks to her skin and clothes are cooling with the breeze, but it begins to feel a little too cold after a few minutes. She shivers, running a hand up and down her arm.

Woojin notices and immediately begins unzipping his sweater. Hana puts a hand out to stop him. "Don't, it's okay."

He ignores her, taking it off and hooking the hood on her head.

She sighs in exasperation. "Woojin."

"Just wear it. I already took it off." He insists, gesturing for her to slip her hands through the armholes before he finds the zipper and tugs it up to her chin. She probably looked stupid with it zipped all the way up, the hood pulled over her head covering her hair, leaving nothing but her round face exposed, but it was warm from Woojin's body heat and it smelled nice, so she could care less; there was no one out to see her anyway. She lifts the sleeves to her nose, taking a whiff of it as she inhales. There's a faint trace of something sweet that she can't pinpoint, but she assumes it's because he'd spritzed some cologne on hours ago as there was the deep scent that reminded her of a woody sea breeze that was now more prominent than the initial sweetness. "What cologne do you use? I like the smell of it."

Woojin's brows furrow, trying to recall its name. "I don't know, to be honest. I only use one because I received it as a gift last year."

Hana nods in understanding. If anyone were to ask her what perfume she uses, she wouldn't be able to remember off the top of her head either. It was something that was part of her routine that she didn't really pay attention to. She would grab the small bottle, spray once on her wrists, dab them together and then pat any excess onto her neck.

"It's the same scent from your jacket." She mumbles, nose still pressed against the sweater.

Looking over at Woojin, who had grown quiet, she notices the light flush of red on the tips of his ears and the apples of his cheeks. She smiles to herself, noting how pretty the flush looked against his sun-kissed skin. She's quite impressed herself that she remembers the scent, she had only worn his jacket for a few hours, and the trip was quite some time ago.

Although the day had been tiring, Hana is in an extremely content mood, feeling like she would be able to sleep soundly that night after a long day of training. Woojin takes off after she's reached her doorstep, keys jingling as she fumbles with the lock under poor lighting. As she twists the handle and steps in, eyes sweeping over to take in the state of her home, her stomach drops.
