Maria's POV
It's an early Monday morning and I arrived here at work around 6:30am. Ang aga ko pumasok ngayon kasi ang dami  kong follow-ups and I had to make early phone calls to our market shares. Also, first day na wala dito si Gab, I mean i found someone who can fill her spot as my part-time assistant for the next two weeks habang wala pa siya. Pero it's different kasi she's not Gab. I don't know I'm just so tired and I feel frustrated already!

I have a gut feeling that this day is not going to end well. Sana sumama nalang ako sa out of the country nila, I mean I know na I already had a break pero you can't really call that a holiday, I need more time for myself. I miss my single life sometimes.

GABRIEL CALLING

- Oh Gab napatawag ka, nakadating na kayo jan? How was your flight? -
Tanong ko, I really need her back here at my office!

-Good morning Boss!! Yeah we got here last night, smooth flight naman, I missed this, sana nandito ka boss, super fun saya and relaxing dito- sabi sa kabilang line, super hyper niya like she seems like she having a lot of fun and enjoying herself

She said na she "missed this" so that means she's been travelling na? So afford niya magtravel, I'm not trying to say na walang makakafford magtravel, pero from my personal knowledge eh wala naman namenention si Gab about her status. But that's none of my business that's why I don't ask naman.

- that's really good to hear Gab, well enjoy your vacation with your friends, I don't want to interrupt anymore of your fun and I'll be heading back to WORK- inemphasise ko talaga yung word na WORK!

- HAHA yan kasi di sumama, next time we'll go out and I'll show you around and thank you again for allowing me to go - sagot niya

At talagang may balak pa siya ulit magbakasyon ha.

- excuse me at sino naman nagsabi sayo na papayagan kita magholiday ulit, work muna bago WALWAL- sabi ko at tumawa naman siya sa kabilang line

- wow boss, alam mo yung word na WALWAL- ginawa pa ako uncivilised nitong mokong.

- what do you think of me? - pagtataray ko, I miss her kakulitan

- joke lang ito naman, okay Ria I'll let you go back to work, ingat jan and pakisabi kay baby Kyle na miss ko na siya agad agad haha- sagot niya.

Eh ako di mo ako namimiss? CHAR!

- Sige I'll tell baby Kyle that, you and your friends take care over there okay and behaave, don't do anything stupid- sabi ko

- yess boss copy that, I miss you bye! - call ended. Wait ano daw?

She miss me? Did I hear that right or am I just hearing something. Oh god! I want to call her back pero it might be awkward baka kasi I'm assuming lang or misheard it.

KNOCK KNOCK!

"Come in!" Sigaw ko and Suzy entered the room. She's my assistant for the next 2 weeks.

"Hi ma'am, I have all your documents here for your first meeting at 8:30am, do you want any coffee or something?" Tanong niya she's nice naman and mukhang sanay na sa trabaho which is what I like.

"Thanks Suzy just place it on my table and I'm good thanks. Just ask Hazel if you need further assistance with anything" sabi ko while replying to my emails on my computer.

"Yes ma'am, sa labas lang po ako if you need anything from me" sagot naman niya.

I checked all the documents and other files for today's meeting and other tasks that needs to be completed for today. I'm so stress na, I'm so loaded with everything.

Yung bagong head pa namin is so chill about everything parang hindi siya nagwoworry sa mga workload namin dito sa company. Speaking of her hindi ko pa siya nakikita. I'm hoping to bump into her today kasi ang dami namin kailangan pagusapan about work and meetings.

Gabrielle's POV
"Uy Gab nagmessage ex mo susunod daw dito" pinakita niya sa akin yung message.

"Sino naman yan, akala ko ba tayo tayo lang" tanong ko

"Si Rachel yan! Ewan ko jan kung pano niya nalaman na nagout of the country tayo" sagot naman ni Lauren

"Well -uh, nagpost  kasi ako guys sa IG at FB namagoout  of the country tayo" sagot naman ni Lauren

"Sabi na e, I didn't know you guys are still friends on social media" sabi ko naman

"Well dude, Hindi porket nagbreak na kayo eh di na kami pwede makipagfriends sa kanya, like she's a good friend, di nga lang lover" sabi naman nito

"Yeah yeah, ang kulit niyan eh, I don't know what she wants from me at habol pa ng habol, she's really irritating me" sabi ko

"Sus, nakahanap ka lang ng ibang girl ayaw mo na si Rachel, ang sexy kaya niya ngayon at mukhang di pa nakakamove on sayo" sagot naman ni Georgina

"I don't care" sagot ko with disinterests.
