The small girl looked across the court to Touou's bench and met the eyes of the Ace. They smiled at the long awaited match as the same thought entered their mind.

'So, it's started.'

Third POV

"This will go down as a great game in history... "
"Just look at that, it's a game between The Ace and The Diamond! "
"To think there will come a day where The Golden Pair will go against each other! "
"No wait... those people...! I must be dreaming... Look there! Isn't that the GoM?! "
"Copycat Kise Ryouta, Three-pointer Shooter Midorima Shintarou, Giant Murasakibara Atsushi and... This is the first GoM's game where even The Emperor Akashi Seijuro has come! "

The four living legends stood at the very back of the stadium. As they watched their three ex-teammates on court, they couldn't help but feel the bubbles of excitement erupting within them. With their Ace and Manager playing against their Phantom Player and Diamond, they couldn't help but wonder which of them will emerge as the winner.

Meanwhile...

The players from both Touou and Seirin lined up in front of each other for a handshake before the great game.

"Daiki, do you remember? " the small girl's eyes were twinkling with excitement as she asked.

"Of course, it's our 600th match, isn't it? " the boy standing opposite her recognized immediately what has gotten her eyes shining with such delight. "It's our custom, after every 100 matches... "
