Chapter 3 - "Love at first sight"

 On  the way to school that day all he could think about was the dream. it was the same as before and yet different, the ending changed. It seamed to become sadder, one Chanyeol didn't like as much. 

Chanyeol put his earphones in and closed his eyes, because of the dream he had woken up at 3 am and was unable to get back to sleep so was tried. He leaned his head against the window of the bus. The cool glass along with the soft music eased his mind until he was on the verge of sleep. When the bus stopped suddenly jerking everyone forward and walking chanyeol up.

Chanyeol looked up to see who had disturbed him from his sleep to see a boy getting on. He was short with round eyes and short dark brown hair. Chanyeol noticed he was wearing his school uniform but had never seen him before. Maybe he was new. 

the boy approached the seat where Chanyeol was sitting and sat down next to him. Not wanting to speak to him, Chanyeol turned his head to look out the window and quickly got absorbed into his music again.

When the bus arrived at school Chanyeol instantly moved to where he and his friends always meet and of course they were there. 

"Hey" said Chanyeol waving

"Sup," Kai replied. "How are you?" 

"Not good, I had the dream again last night but-" Chanyeol stopped. He looked at Kai who was distracted by something. Chanyeol looked at Sehun and exchanged a look of confusion. Kai never really got distracted, not even for girls. 

They followed his gaze to see what had court his eye. It was the boy Chanyeol sat next to on the bus. He was walking into the school looking slightly lost. Kai seamed to be following his every move, just starring at him.  

" YAH KAI" yelled Sehun

"Hum.......what?" Kai replied completely distracted 

"What are you doing?" asked sehun 

"Oh it was just.....over there.....a bird" Kai trailed of continuing to stare at the boy. They all watched as the boy made his way to the school looking very unsure as he did. 

"Excuse me" Kai said to his friends and ran over to the boy. Sehun and Chanyeol looked at each other both with mischief in their eyes and quietly followed Kai to hear what they were saying. 

"Hey, are you ok? you look pretty lost." Kai said rubbing the back of his neck and staring at the ground.

"Yeh I think so..." said the boy looking down at the map."Hey could you show me the way to the teachers office, just transferred and they told me to go there first." He seamed rather shy, keeping his eyes low. 

"Sure " Kai smiled brightly and the boy looked up. They saw pink flush come onto the boys face as he watched Kai smile.

"it's this way" he waved his hand and started walking. The boy quickly followed not wanting to be left behind. 

Chanyeol and Sehun exchanged shocked looks. Kai never helps anyone. He is the cold silent type, he would never help anyone on his own. 

"Ohorat" said Sehun with a cheeky grin on his face. They soon followed on not wanting to be seen by their friend. 

They followed them all the way to the teachers office nothing interesting happened. Kai just walked beside him looking nervous until they reached the office. 

"Well here it is" said Kai awkwardly, rubbing the back of his next again as he did.

"Yeh thanks" said the boy. He turned around to enter the office. Just as he was leaving the boy turn around

"Hey my name's Kyungsoo whats yours?" Asked Kyungsoo

"Kai" he replied before Kyungsoo smiled and walked into the teachers office. 

When Kyungsoo was goon, Kai almost fell over. He seamed to go all fluffy like he had just seen the cutest puppy (also known as Toben) and giggled to himself. 

"Yah," said Sehun coming out of his and Chanyeol's hiding place."Who are you and what have you done with the Kai i know?"

"Oh........Hey," Kai said still giggling to himself. "i just met the cutest person and......he just so perfect." Kai twirled on the spot. The friends exchanged looks of shook. Kai had never called anyone cute and MEANT IT. He had never acted like a girl who had just seen her crush walk past. 

"Hey give me your water bottle" whispered Chanyeol nudging Sehun. Sehun quickly give it to him knowing exactly what he was going to do. They pulled Kai away from the teachers office so they wouldn't get caught. Chanyeol unscrewed the lid and aimed at Kai's face. 

"YAH" Chanyeol yelled chucking the enter water bottle at Kai. The water was ice cold and drenched him. Kai snapped back to reality. He stared at Chanyeol with shock on his face. 

"What the hell was that for." Yelled Kai but he didn't get a reply as both Chanyeol and Sehun were running for their lives.

"Well at least we have to don't worry about making Kai fall in love with us" Sehun sniggred as they ran towards their classroom. They slid into the room just before the teacher walked in.

"All right everyone settle down, we have a new student...... Kai what happened to you?" Said the teacher looking at Kai who just ran into the room drenched in water.

Chanyeol and Sehun were crying with laughter while all the girls screamed seeing Kai in a white see-through shirt.

Kai turned to the front to see Kyungsoo standing there at the front of the class. Both the boys stared at each other. Red slowly climbing their checks.

"Kyung...soo" stammered Kai, but he could barely hear him at the room we as filled with laughter of Chanyeol and Sehun, who were now on the floor clutching their stomachs, and the cries of the girls fangirling over Kai perfect body.

"I hate you guys so much" stated Kai as he left to go get changed.

"Your welcome" yelled Sehun to Kai's back.

They looked at each other with knowing that their mischief was complete. They made sure that Kyungsoo's seat was next to Kai so more mischief could happen.
