Season 2 Chapter 12 FINALE!!!!

Y/N's POV

It was the day you were finally allowed to leave the hospital, and you were excited to be out of that depressing room for good. As you packed your stuff, you hear your phone ding. You grab it and realize it's Jack. You hesitate, not really wanting to see what he had to say. He knew you were acting odd yesterday, you wouldn't be surprised if he was curious about it. You decided to read it. "Can you meet me at your house a soon as you get home?" What should you text back? You decide to say, "Sure, i'll text you when I get there." The minute you hit send send, your immediately nervous. What was this about?

Jack's POV

I texted Y/N to meet me the second she got home. She wasn't acting herself yesterday, I had a feeling something was up. I was going to ask her if she wanted this relationship to work...I mean we had tried so hard for the past few months...that had to mean something to her. I'd fallen in love with her, and I wasn't going to give up just yet.

Y/N's POV

You're just about to turn onto your street when your mom, who's driving, says,

"Y/N, let's go get something to eat, I don't have anything for lunch in the house." She said.

"Well mom, I was planning to hang out with Jack today..." I replied.

"Oh, Y/N you've been spending way too much time with that boy and it's caused you nothing but heartbreak and landing yourself in the hospital." She was starting to sound angry.

"Mom, it was an accident! When are you going to get over it?" Your voice is getting louder as well.

"Well, I'm sorry but your actually family is more important right now. End of discussion." She focused on driving, but you knew she was mad. You couldn't believe that she still held a grudge against Jack, but you couldn't change her mind. You text Jack saying you'll be a little late, you hope he didn't mind.

Jack's POV

I got a text from Y/N saying she's going to be late. This can not be happening. It may seem a little dramatic, but I was leaving to go back on tour tonight. The plane left at 7. It was already almost 5....If Y/N still wanted to be with me I was going to ask her to come on the rest of the tour. She couldn't be late. I texted the boys about her being late, they knew my plan and they were excited for her to come as well. Everyone seemed to really like Y/N, and having her on the tour made it a lot better. Just knowing she was there made me incredibly happy. Having this conversation with her over text was not how I wanted to do things.

Y/N's POV

I was getting in the car, planning to go back to the house with my mom when she got a text. Carly had gotten sick at a sleepover she was at, and we have to pick her up.

"Are you kidding me?" You ask.

"Y/N this isn't convenient for any of us, we'll be home soon though ok?" She was clearly annoyed as well. You text Jack yet again about the situation. You feel awful for ditching him twice now, but there isn't anything you can do.

Jack's POV

The second time Y/N texted me I almost threw my phone at the wall. Was she going to make it?? It was 6:00. I had to leave in ten minutes.

Y/N's POV

You hear your phone ring as you're driving home. It's Jonah. Why would he call me? You answer it.

"Hello?" You ask.

"Hey Y/N...it's Jonah. Listen there's something very important I have to tell you, so don't talk until I finish ok?"

"Um..yeah sure," you say, confused.

"Jack was going to ask you something very important when you saw him today, but we heard you were going to be late. We all know you guys want to be together...and he wants you to come on the rest of the tour with us, " he asked. You're tearing up. He explains how he has your plane ticket via email.

"Jonah, send me that ticket. I'm coming." You say and hang up as you pull onto your street.

Jack's POV

I get into my car as slowly as possible, waiting to see if Y/N would turn onto the street but she didn't. I sighed and drove away. I was so close, but I knew Y/N would see me soon...things always worked out in the end. A few minutes later I pulled into the airport terminal parking lot, and I walked up to the doors. I found my gate for my plane, went through security, and gave my ticket to the woman at the desk. I looked back once, but I knew it was crazy to think she somehow would be behind me. I boarded the plane.

Y/N POV

The minute the car pulled into the driveway I got out of the car and ran inside, printed out the tickets, and ran upstairs.

"Y/N where do you think you're going" Your mom asked. Oh crap. How were you going to explain this to her?

"Mom, listen. I'm going on tour with Jack and you can't say no. I'm almost 19, mom. I can make my own decisions on who I want to spend time with. I am no longer a child, so I should be allowed to explore things on my own." You pause. You had never been so firm with her, it felt kind of odd...but good at the same time. She looked pretty speechless.

"Well...ok then." She said and walked away. You run upstairs, pack a bag and run out the door to your car. You drive to the airport so fast you're surprised no cop pulls you over. You immediately go through security and see your gate. It's about to close.

Jack's POV

I found my seat on the plane and realize I have a bunch of room my stuff since Y/N's not here...but I still don't fill the seat and put it in the overhead compartment instead. It doesn't feel right.

Y/N POV

"Wait! Don't close it! You yell to the airport security as you dash through the door. You run through the tunnel that connects to the plane.

Jack's POV

I stare out the plane window looking at other planes take off and land. I sigh and try to think of things to fill the time. I was thinking of trying to sleep when someone sits down next to me.

"You didn't think you could leave without me, did you?" I whip my head around. It was Y/N. I kissed her before I could think of anything to say to her.

"I can't believe you made it. How? The tickets—." She cut me off.

"It doesn't matter...all that matters is that I'm here now." She pauses.

"I don't tell you this often enough, Y/N, but I love you so much." I said.

"I love you too." She smiled.
