Apples POV

I'm glad me & Mat had that talk I think it helped him... a lot! We were still in the park when I heard the park gate open, I turned around to see 3 people; 2 boys and a girl, "Hey, Mat who's the new girl?" Asked one of the boys.

"This is Apple guys, she's the survivor!" Mat said happily, I was getting quite annoyed as being known as the 'survivor' I want to be known as Apple I mean I don't know anything of my past!

"Oh wow! That's pretty cool! I'm Rhys!" A boy said, He had blondy mousy coloured hair, He had green eyes and a grey jacket with a black and red striped T-shirt also he had black jeans with green trousers. We shook hands and as he did I notice he also had grey gloves on.

"Heyo! I'm Jay!" Said the girl very cheerfully. She was also a wolf hybrid only her tail and ears were brownish greyish, She had brown long hair and also wore a jacket which was grey with purple circles on it, she had a white shirt on underneath it. She had red trainers on and bluish blackish jeans.

"Yo!" I yelled in reply, She laughed and I laughed with her. I knew we would be great friends.

"Hi! You look beautiful!" Said the last boy. He had brown short tidy hair with nice bright blue eyes, He also wore a smart black top with match trousers with brown shoes, I also noticed he had a bow tie . "Sorry if I made you embarrassed by saying your beautiful, I want to make everyone feel good!" He said in a shyer voice.

"Nah, It's cool!" I replied "Um... why are you so formally dressed?" My curiosity was killing me I had to know.

"Ah ha, My trick worked! I invented this suit to make me look formal but it is actually like wearing Pyjamas! Its a trick of the eye! Also its easy to wash of stains! Oh and I'm John by the way!" He replied very proudly.

"Okay, guys what do you want to do?" Mat Said breaking the interesting convocation.

"Um..... Well we were looking for you for a reason..." Jay said slowly.

"We want you to come into the spleef competition with us! It 5 vs 5 so you have to!" Rhys quickly shouted.

"Um...what's spleef??" I wondered.

"Spleef is this towns main game, You have a pitch where you and 4 other people have to battle against 5 other people! Well I say battle... You get a diamond shovel and there's snow on the floor what you have to do is make the other teams players fall through the snow by breaking the floor beneath them! Oh and if you win the tourney the prize is 100 emeralds!" Jay explained. This game seemed like fun lets do this!

"I'm in lets do this!" I yelled, We all nodded in agreement then we headed of to the arena.

This is going to be so fun, I cant wait! Once we got to the signing stall we all signed are names and called our group the fruits, They named it after me I was swelled the did that for me! The people at the stall gave us helmets with protection goggles and diamond shovels. They then directed us off to the first stadium, I was so excited and nervous! I can't wait to go in and kick some minecraftian tails! I look to my left were John was deep in convo with Jay and the to my right to see Rhys whipping his spade and Mat putting his helmet on.

We got to the stadium and over the entrance was a big board showing the eight teams and who each one was facing. our first victims would be team Ender.... In we went. There were lots of stalls and then there were the seats in stands for people. Then a lady walked up too us with a clip board.
