Lafayette's POV
I wake up to loud bangs next door. Herc is already sitting up in bed. Herc runs to the door after telling me "I love you too much to let you leave this room, I have no clue what or who is out there. For your safety and my peace of mind stay here." He kissed me on the forehead and runs off. I'm worried now. I hear yelling then a scream. Thomas opens the door " I need your phone." He looks terrified. "Why?" I'm getting scared now. I hand over the phone and Thomas calls someone. "Send an ambulance! My friend has been stabbed!" I lose all color in my face. It's either Herc or... "HURRY UP THOMAS!" It wasn't Alex. That could only mean... no.No.NO! I run out to see Herc laying in a pool of blood. I can't breathe. I can't think. I'm shaking. "Laf? Lafayette?! Oh shit!" That is the last thing I remember. I wake up to see Alex holding an ice pack to my forehead. "Oh my god! Thomas! Lafayette is awake!" Alex yells to another room. "You scared the shit out of me Laf! I got so worried!" Thomas yells wrapping me in a hug. "H-Herc? Where is he?" I mumble to him. "He's perfectly fine, freaking out about you though." He tells me. "Hercules! He's awake!" Alex yells to yet another room. Where are we? This is our stuff... but we aren't home. Herc runs in and wraps me in a bear hug. I start to cry. "I saw... you were... blood..." is all I can manage to say. "It's okay. We had to move, but I tried to keep it just like before, but Alex and your brother will be living with us for a while. I notice a bandage on his arm. "What to happened?" I ask him, still terrified about the situation. "Minor incident with someone not too fond of us. We're going to the police soon, they just told us we need to hide for a while." Herc says hugging me gently. "Are the twins okay?" I look at him, the fear coming back. "They're all good Laf. Everyone is all good." He says kissing me softly. Herc takes out his phone and puts on a song, handing me an earbud. We listen and cuddle finally being able to settle down after what happened.
