Last night I came out to my parents as trans and they accept me for identifying this way!! We understand that the name change is going to take some getting used to, but it'll be okay in the end. :)
I also told my little sister that I wanted to be called Kyle, and she did that thing that little kids do when they want to be called something else. She said she wanted to be called "Milky". And when she was telling my mom she wanted to get something for me, she didn't know whether to use Kyle or my deadname so she used both haha.
I did ask my parents for a binder, but my mom said that it might take a while since I have a trip to Europe to pay for but yey.
