So I decided that I might want to go to art school. There's one in my state called MECA, or the Maine College of Art. It has an application fee of $50, but you get all kinds of cool shit if you go there. You get 24/7 access to studios, which are professional quality, and you get your own studio in years 3 and 4. They also have a 98% acceptance rating.
My mom seems to want me to go to another school so that she doesnt have to pay tuition, but they make scholarships for that reason. But she seems fine with touring the campus with me.
The other thing about it is my college essay. Mine for class is about coming out as trans, but MECA basically wants to know why you want to go to an art school and why theirs is right for you, so I either have to start all over or I have to make a new document for them specifically.
