Oliver's POV.
Before we go down to dinner Jace stops me.
"What?" I ask him and he smirks.
"You should probably change your shirt." he tells me. I'm confused.
"Why do I need to change...." I start to ask but fade off as I look down, seeing the hickeys peeping out of the shirt. I can feel my face heat up.
"R-right." I stutter out. I look through my limited amount of clothes for a more covering shirt but I can't find one.
"D-do you have a shirt I can borrow?" I ask him shyly. Even after what we were just doing, my nervousness came back. He gives me a big smile and nods. He goes through his things and tosses me a long sleeve. When I put it on, it's to big for me. It's baggy but covers my hickeys.
"Sorry. I don't really wear things that fit me. I get most things a few sizes up." he says rubbing the back of his neck.
"It's fine. No problem." I tell him smiling. Together we head downstairs.
Jace's POV.
When were getting ready to head downstairs, I see all the hickeys I put on Oliver. Of course he doesn't notice. And just as he's about to leave, I tell him. It's so cute watching him blush. He doesn't have a covering shirt so I let him borrow one of mine. I can't help smiling when I look at him wearing it.
He looks adorable in my clothes. Oliver's now in a high crew neck long sleeve. We got downstairs and Isitt at the table again. Conversation flows smoothly and I grab hold of Oliver's hand and squeeze it occasionally. After that we have group. So much fun- note the sarcasm.
---
We all sit in the living room waiting for group to start. We all watch Carol, waiting for her to begin. And finally, after like five minutes, she does.
"Is everybody ready for group?" she asks and we all nod our heads.
"Okay then." she says pulling a stack of papers off the ground. "Today we're going to work on these. Grab all five sheets." She passes them to Miles and he passes them off to the left. When the pile reaches me I grab my papers and begin reading.
Question 1 : 'What is your greatest fear?'.
Question 2 : 'What is your greatest achievement?'. I stop as I get interrupted by Carol's voice.
"I want you to work on these throughout the week. Next Monday we'll start going over them, one question a day. Sharing is not optional, neither is completing this." she tells us. I look over at Oliver only to see him looking very uncomfortable. I nudge his arm with my elbow to get his attention.
"You okay?" I whisper ask him. He nods his head.
"Ya, I'm fine." he whispers back. I smile at him, hoping to put him at ease, even a little bit. I don't know if it works. After that group goes on as usual. When it ends me and Oliver go up to our room. I sit on the floor in front of my bed and set the papers in front of me.
"Wanna work on this together?" I ask him.
"C-can we do it later?" he stutters out.
"Ya, I guess. I just thought we could get started right now." I tell him.
"I just don't really want to answer those questions right now. Sorry." he says.
"Don't apologize. It's fine. I don't care either way. Wanna cuddle then?" I ask him. I feel my face flush and watch his do the same. "I mean- if you want to. We- we don't have to. We can do s-something else like, uh..." I trail off as Oliver walks over to me. His face is still red but a smile smile covers his face. He sits crisscross in my open legs and leans his head on my chest.
"It's fine." he says so quiet I can barely hear it. This makes me smile and I wrap my arms around him and pull him closer, breathing in his smell. I rest my chin on the top of his head lightly.
At some point our positions changed because when I woke up I was sitting crisscross and he was on my lap, his back against my chest. My hands wrapped around his waist and my face buried in the crook of his neck. His head laying back on my shoulder. I regret falling into a light sleep.
"Uh, Jace? Jace." I heard someone say. My eyes fluttered open and looked around the room and noticing the position me and Oliver were in.
"Jace?" I heard again and looked at the door, seeing Will at the door with a smirk on his face.
"U-uh, yeah?" I manage to get out. My face feels like it's on fire.
"I had a question but I'll come back in a few minutes." he said and turned around and left. I sighed and let my head fall onto Oliver's shoulder. Then I sat back up and shook him gently.
"Oliver? Wake up." I said quietly in his ear. I watched as his eyes slowly opened and took in his surrounding.
"Hmm." I heard him mumble. I smiled.
"Oliver, you need to get up." I said slightly louder. He yawned and stretched his arms, almost hitting me in my face. "Woah there." I say jokingly.
"Sorry." he said, mumbling out an apology. He turned himself so he was almost facing me. "Do I have to get up?" he asked sleepily.
"Yes, yes you do. Will just came it here and saw us." I informed him. At that his eyes go wide and his cheeks redden.
"R-really?" he asked.
"Yes. Now get off so I can go talk to him." I said lightly, halfway joking. He slid off of me and onto the floor.
"I'm gonna go back to sleep." he said, even though he seemed much more awake after I told him that.
"Okay, come on." I said standing up and helping him to his feet. He walked over to his bed and got in. "Bye." I said before walking out. I heard him say it back.
