Day 6- Christmas Caroling

Sam wanted to go Christmas caroling.

Yeah I know, ridiculous.

Dean didn't understand why someone would ever go outside in the cold and sing to complete strangers.

But at the same time a little part of him wanted to try it. Now Dean would never admit it but this whole traditional Christmas thing was kinda nice.

"Sam, really?" Dean whined as Sam continued on about how great caroling would be.

"Dean, we've never done it before it might be really fun." Sam was not gonna put up with this bullshit anymore.

"Okay fine, but you better buy me food afterwards" Dean grumbled. At least Cas would be there.

"Holy shit it's freezing" Dean said the moment they stepped outside. He wrapped his coat farther around himself with a shiver.

Cas smiled up at the snowflakes that started to fall. "It's really pretty out isn't it?"

Dean nodded, but in his mind Cas would always be prettier than the snow.

When they made it to the first house, Dean was quite reluctant to sing. But he slowly let himself become less angsty after every word of jingle bells.

The old couple at the house smiled and clapped once they were done. They even gave them cookies.

A few more houses later and Dean was smiling, this was fun.

He hated to admit it, but Sam was right.

He watched Cas' bright blue eyes, his red nose and cheeks made him look even prettier.

As they walked side by side, Dean reached his hand out and intertwined it with Cas'.  Cas just smiled and leaned into Dean's side.

"You know, this is actually pretty fun" Dean said tracing circles on the back of Cas' hand.

"I knew you'd come around to it eventually" Sam said with a smile.

Short as usual but I'm going to update everyday whether you like it or not. Also we're halfway through this already and I only have two days of school left until break so thank god. Anyways, See y'all tomorrow.
