Bali, Indonesia
"This place is absolutely insane, in a good way." Melrose gawked at the private villa she had Raine rent out for their time here. The pictures online was what drawn her to choose Indonesia but actually being there in person is completely different and more mesmerizing. Melrose chose this particular spot for them because 1) the place has to die for tourist attraction 2) she'll be surrounded by nature and beauty the second she open her eyes and 3) she's never been to Asia before.
"Oh my word! Now I can definitely see myself living here for good, getting my zen on anytime I want." Venus walked over to the door that led to the one of the patios, showcasing the beautiful green scenery and in ground pool. "I don't think I even brought a swim suit, shoot"
"Venus, you can't swim." Melrose stated, coming to stand next to her on the patio.
"I know that." She bucked her eyes at her outspoken daughter. "Just tell these Asian people my business, will you? I was gonna stay in the shallow end."
Shaking her head in amusement, she patted Venus on the shoulder and left her to go find Raine. He had snuck off to take a tour of the villa he blindly paid for. For three thousand a night, he wanted to make sure it was worthy of the price even though it was chump change to him. He needed to make sure his woman and his mother in law were comfortable. The first room he walked into had brown polished floors with a nice king sized bed covered with a white bed set. A small flat screen sat across from the bed, hanging on the wall and there were two sliding doors that led to a balcony that overlooked the entire forest. The room was nice, but it wasn't for him, so Venus would occupy it if she hadn't chosen the other one. On his way out, he nearly crashed into Melrose who stood in the door admiring the room as well.
"You want this room?" He queried.
"No. It like it but it's not spacious enough. I've already called dibs on the other bedroom on the other side of the house. The bathroom is probably my favorite room in this place."
Raine stared at her silently and shook his head. "You and these damn bathrooms. Weird ass."
"Bite me." She rolled her eyes and trudged down to the room they would share with Raine in tow. "I've already brought our things in here. They're in the closet but I haven't unpacked yet."
"This is what I'm talking about." Raine rubbed his hands together like bird man upon entering the suite.
"Nice right?"
"Nice? This is ridiculous, Mel. Definitely worth three thousand a night, I'll tell you that much." My baby got good taste, he thought. All he did was give Melrose his black card and let her handle everything while he focused on getting his workers together. After they toured the villa, unpacked their clothes and settled in, Melrose wanted to take a quick tour of the city and nearby restaurants while Venus opted on staying back and immediately getting into her Zen mode. Raine was standing by the bathroom door, trying to get Melrose to quicken up her pace. "Hurry the hell up, Mel. We're just walking around town, not meeting the president of Indonesia."
Fifteen minutes later, Melrose came walking out of the door with her hair in two braids flowing down her back. She sported a burgundy PINK tracksuit and white vans. Raine stared at her in admiration as her round stomach pushed her jacket out further than it should've been. Not an ounce of makeup had been colored on her face, which he loved because Melrose didn't need it. He preferred her to be in her natural state at all times and how much more natural can she get right now. A smile graced his face as she came closer, standing inches away from him.
"See something you like?" She asked in a seductive yet playful voice.
"No." The amusement on her face disappearing as quickly as it came. Wrapping his arms around her waist, he pulled her as close to him as their baby would allow. "I see something, well someone I love."
