Sumin woke up at 8 AM on a Sunday morning. Other people would sleep in until noon on the weekend, but Sumin woke up earlier than usually on this day. It was time to get ready because she had a meeting with Lee Sooman.
She still couldn't believe that she actually had a job at SM Entertainment. It was her dream to work as a make-up artist and now it was going to happen, finally she would be able to do the idols looks and be really close to them.
She got up and made her way to the bathroom to take a refreshing shower. After that, she put on her clothes and dried her hair. To keep it all natural, she decided to straighten her hair and put on a light make up to give a good impression on her first day.
She wore a pastel blue blouse with dark skinny jeans and her favorite shoes. She wanted to look professional and give off an adult yet young-like look.
After she got ready, she made herself breakfast and drank her coffee before she was about to leave. Sumin took her bag and her staff card. She left her apartment with a good feeling but she still was nervous since the young girl didn't know what was happening today.
Sumin entered the building and there were already bodyguards standing around in the great hall.
"Miss, I think you're wrong here. Would you please exit the building?" A tall man said and stood in front of her small frame, scaring Sumin with only his height.
"Oh, uh- actually, I'm here because I have a meeting with Mr. Lee Sooman." Sumin smiled shyly at the man and searched for her staff card which was in her bag.
"That's really nice. Please exit the building before you give me no choice but to lead you out with force." The man said and slowly pushed her towards the exit.
"Sumin?" Someone behind her called out her name. She turned around and saw a familiar face.
"Joonmyeon! Can you please tell this man that I have a meeting with Mr. Lee?" She begged him and made Joonmyeon laugh.
"Jihoon Hyung, she's our make-up artist and it's her first day." Joonmyeon told him and put an arm around Sumins shoulder.
"If that's right, then I apologize. Please put the staff card around your neck next time. It's easier to check them than putting it in your bag." The man, called Jihoon, smiled at her and let her go.
"Thank you. I wouldn't know what to do without you." She laughed and followed the boy.
"You're welcome. He'd have probably thrown you out." He smiled and entered the elevator with her.
"That wouldn't be nice though. I'm so nervous because I'll meet Mr. Lee. How is he? Is he nice?" Sumin couldn't stop talking and stuttered as the nervousness was rising in her.
"Calm down, he's actually okay. Many people say he's mean but that's not true. Sometimes he's nice and sometimes, well... Sometimes he can be really strict." Joonmyeon informed her.
"I'll probably ruin everything." She pouted and looked down at her feet.
"No, you won't. Just act like yourself." He patted her shoulder and stepped out of the elevator. The two walked down the floor and halted in front of a meeting room.
"You'll do great, okay?" Joonmyeon opened the door for her so she could enter the room.
Lee Sooman was sitting on a chair on the right front side and he was the first one who caught Sumins eyes. And some staff members were there too, along withChan Gunwoo. Sumin smiled at him before she bowed respectfully.
"He-Hello, I'm Ahn Su-"
"Ahn Sumin, we already know who you are. Come and take a seat." Lee Sooman smiled at her and pointed at the seat across from Mr. Chan.
