John POV
I'm not one to celebrate Christmas, I don't see the point in the holiday. It's all just based on spending money, and not being with your loved ones.
Thankfully, for me I'm Jewish. My household around Hanukkah is basically just four Jews in a room bitching. My siblings and I (Martha,Henry and Mary) just bitching. We had five Jews in a room, but or youngest brother James died. So this year I've decided to spend the holidays with my half Jewish boyfriend Alex in the greatest city in the world. Alex doesn't have anyone else to spend the holidays with my family. The Laurens aren't too fond of my gayness, so it will be fun just hanging around with him. Hercules's flight was canceled cause of the snow and since Lafayette has become a sergeant in the Marines, so he can come home for the holidays. This will really be a very special Christmas.
"FUCK" Hercules screamed from his dorm he now shares with himself (welp).
"STOP YELLING IM TRYING TO BOIL THE LOBSTER." I yelled back.
"BOTH OF YOU STOP YELLING IM TRYING TO WATCH THE NEWS." Alex yelled back.
Everyone got quiet and Hercules said he was yelling about his flight. All he wants to do is go home, but the devil incarcerated says "HELL NO" so he's stuck. Oh well. We are all waiting anxiously for Laff to arrive. He was the chef of the house, so I'm hoping he likes the food. Lafayette hasn't been back in like a while. He try's to call us at least once a week, but it's just hard. I know he's trying to reconnect with Peggy. I don't know how that's going. Who even knows? They could be dating! Oof how would that be? Eh, I guess the world will never knowwww.
Peggy POV
*one month prior*
Peggy: sorry what was the question?
Me: are you and Lafayette ever gonna get together?
Peggy: ummm next questi-
Lafayette: *burst through the door*
Lafayette: Peggy, wait I'm sorry, I love you and I've wanted to declare my love for you, will you go on a date with me, one last time.
Peggy: umm uh sure.
Peggy:*eyes tear up* I'm sorry what was the question.

So it has been about a month since Laff and I have been dating, and it's been awesome.
