zach: thats good :) and im okay, just tired you know from tour and stuff
eva: yeah im hungry but more tired, ive been busy with interviews and ive been in the studio, i left the studio like 30 minutes ago.
zach: we watched your performance today on ellen. you did good! ■
■ zach cursed at himself for putting an exclamation point. he waited hours, realizing she wasn't going to text back.

all the way across town eva was passed out on the floor of her bathroom. she didn't realize how hungry she was until she arrived back from the set at 4:25. she was too exhausted to get food so she walked upstairs and into her room.
she went to the bathroom to wipe off her makeup. she reached for the wipes on her shelf, growing dreary. she leaned on the shelf, trying to gain back her focus. her vision became blurry before she collapsed on the floor, hitting her head on the tile. her forehead started bleeding, blood flowing out the wound slowly.
she remained in that spot for hours. her body slowly shutting down. her parents were out shopping for the baby that was on the way. joey was out with charles, jade, luna, and mark.
joey returned home at 10:47 p.m. he walked upstairs to his room, not noticing the silence in the home. eva would still be up, blasting her music but he was too tired to acknowledge that it silent. he entered his room, changing into basketball shorts and charging his phone. he lays in bed and closes his eyes. his eyes shoot open once he hears evas ringtone blaring through the empty house. he groans, waiting for it to end. he tosses and turns, waiting. it finally stops making him sigh with content.
not even 5 seconds later it starts again. he gets out of bed and marches towards her room. he looks inside and doesnt see her but he sees her bathroom light on. he walks towards the door and flings it open. he gets onto his knees once he sees her almost lifeless body on the floor. he searches for her pulse in her neck, its slow and spaced out. he grabs her phone that was on the counter, seeing many missed calls from their parents and zach. he dials 911, listening to the ringing.
he puts it on speaker so he could flip over evas body. he looks at the cut on her forehead and growing queezy at the sight of the blood.
"911, what's your emergency?" the lady says.
he rests her head in his lap, stroking her hair. (in a non sexual way. theyre siblings weirdos. this isnt incest.)
"my sister, s-she's unconscious on her bathroom floor, i don't know what happened. she was fine earlier today" his breathing grows quicker, panicking at the sight of the blood.
"sir calm down. breathe. whats your name and what's your address? i will send the paramedics but i need to know where you're located"
"random address calabasas california, the keypad code on our gate is 4910 and joey miller, my sisters name is eva, please hurry, her pulse is getting slower"
"okay joey, i need you to lift her eyelids and tell me what they look like" he slowly brings his hand towards her eye before lifting the lid. he sees her olive green eye staring back at him, frozen in place.
"i see her eye, its normal but its not moving"
joey hears the sirens, growing louder as they come closer. he runs downstairs, opening the door. he sees the ambulance going into the driveway before going back upstairs.
he watches the paramedics strap her onto the gurney, injecting her with needles and attaching patches to monitor her heartbeat.
"sir come with us, you'll be riding in the back with us. call your parents and let them know what happened" the guy says before entering the back of the vehicle.
joey calls him mom, knowing she'll answer considering its 10 at night and he never calls.
"mom mom come to the hospital now, eva was passed out on her bathroom floor and i called 911 because i didn't know what to do"
"joey calm down, what hospital and when did this happen"
"UCLA medical center and like 15 minutes ago i found her body"
"okay we're on our way right now, be safe please i love you" joey hangs up before climbing into the back of the ambulance.
as the ambulance leaves the driveway, he notices all the news reporters in the front of his house. ■ ■
