May We Meet Again

CHAPTER 7

(SAME DAY)
BELLAMY POV
I just left the room with Bella. A grounder takes me to another room, which is kinda big. I calm Bella and put her on the ground so she can crawl around. I just sit on the bed watching her crawl and thinking about everything that's going on in my life. How am I going to raise Bella and How am I going to get Clarke back? I just think about it until someone walks in. It was Clarke.

CLARKE POV
Bellamy just left the room with Bella. My baby girl has gotten so big and Bellamy has become a good dad to her. I wanted to hold her and comfort her. I just couldn't bring myself to get her. I try to get him to wait, but I couldn't say it out loud, I did it too softly. After everyone congratulates Skaikru, the 13th clan of the Coalition, I leave for my room to clear my head. I go into my room and I see them. Bellamy and Bella.

"Bellamy, what are you doing here?" Clarke asks confused

"I needed somewhere to calm her down." Bellamy says keeping his eyes on Bella

"She can crawl now?" Clarke asks as she sits on the bed, next to Bellamy, and watches Bella crawl to Bellamy

"yeah, she has been for almost a month now." Bellamy says as he picks up Bella

"da-da" Bella says in her baby voice. Clarke is in aww that her baby can 'talk' now

"When did she start trying to talk?"  Clarke says sitting next to Bellamy, while Bella looks around

"She just started saying that yesterday." Bellamy says focused on Bella.

"Bellamy, about what you said in there....." Clarke says seriously ,but still focused on Bella

"What about it?" Bellamy says putting Bella on the ground and looks at Clarke

"I know I should be worrying about our daughter, but if I don't do this than she might not have a future to live in. With the threat from Azgeda, I need to do this or she won't have a future to live in." Clarke says holding back tears

"I know. But you shouldn't be doing this by yourself." Bellamy says comforting Clarke

"I know." Clarke says still holdings back her tears as they both look at Bella crawling

"Why don't you come back to camp? We can start over." Bellamy says to Clarke and Clarke looks up at him

"Bellamy....." Clarke says

"If not for me, for Bella. She needs her mother in her life." Bellamy says

"I will. As soon as Azgeda is defeated then we can be together again. The three of us." Clarke reassures

"Are you sure?" Bellamy asks sarcastically serious

"What's that supposed to mean?" Clarke asks 'offended'

"Well, first off you are putting yourself in danger and you are putting Bella in danger to. Are you really going to risk our daughter's life for many other lives? If you are that's just crazy."

"I can't be weak anymore, I'm willing to take that risk."

"Than what happens if she gets taken by another clan, who tourtures and kills her? Or what if they take you, tourture you, make you hurt us, or even kill you?"

"I'll deal with that when the time comes."

"Are you sure or are you just going to leave everyone to deal with it again?" Bellamy says picking up Bella

"bellamy....." Clarke says holding back tears

"We'll see you later..." Bellamy says as he leaves with Bella in his arms leaving Clarke in tears
