May We Meet Again

CHAPTER 5

SAME DAY
CLARKE POV
After Lexa and the Grounders left there was nobody left, except my mom, Kane, and some gaurds. They told me to go back, but I couldn't. They left and I was left alone. I decided to walk towards where Octavia is and she is alone. Indra and the others left her too. Looks like we are the only ones left to try and save the remaining 100.

"OCTAVIA!" Clarke says as she walks up to Octavia

"CLARKE, what are you still doing here?" Octavia says surprised

"I couldn't leave Bellamy." Clarke says holding back tears

"Clarke, it's okay. We will get them back." Octavia says as she hugs Clarke

CLARKE POV
Just then the door next to us started to open. Octavia got out her sword and we hid in the corner. As soon as it fully opened Bellamy came out of the door w/ Jasper and Monty. I ran up to Bellamy and we had a quick little moment. Then Octavia hugged her big brother and we went inside. Jasper, Octavia, and Maya went to try and find Maya a new oxygen tank. Bellamy, Monty, and I went to the control room. We saw cameras. There was a camera from a room where they take the bone marrow. I could see them all with fear in their eyes. I could see many familiar faces. Jasper was also there, But.... OH NO..... One of them was my mother's. My mom was there and so was Kane. I could see her struggling then they tazed her and she was strapped to the bed. I didnt know what to do. The only thing to do was...... I can't..... I can't take away their oxygen. There are innocent people here. Monty just finished getting access to their air supply. I held my hand on the lever.... I can't do this..... I cry.....then someone's hand goes on top of mine. Bellamy....

"Together?" Bellamy says

"Together." Clarke says as they pull the lever down.

The lever was pulled and I could see on the cameras people dropping. I can't look so I burry my face in Bellamy's chest and cry. He holds me. Everything will be okay, is what be said. After a good ten minutes I see our people being un-cuffed from the room where they extract the bone marrow. I see my mom and everyone is okay. I get up, wipe my tears away, and we leave for the 5th level. I walk into the room and see people dead. I hold my hand over my mouth trying to silent my crying but I can't. We walk into the middle if the room and see Octavia holding Maya. Within seconds Jasper runs in.

"What did you do Clarke?" Jasper says as be holds Maya

"jasper, it's okay." Maya says softly

"NO!" Jasper yells

CLARKE POV
I saw Maya just die in Jasper's arms. I cry into Bellamy. Then Jasper get up and runs towards me. Bellamy saves me and pushed Jasper off his feet. Octavia restrains him. And we leave. He insults me the entire time I'm there. As Octavia tries to restrain him I walk out of the room with Bellamy at hand.

BACK AT CAMP
CLARKE POV
We just got back and everyone is safe. Bellamy and I wait til everyone is inside the gates and we are outside the gates. We stand there.

"Bellamy...."

"What's wrong?"

"I can't go in there."

"Yes you can..."

"No I can't, I just killed innocent kids. I won't be able to look at Bella without crying."

"Clarke, what are you saying?"

"I'm leaving..."

"You can't just leave our daughter like that...."

"I don't afford to see our daughter with the stuff I did."

"You weren't the only one who did that Clarke"

"I... I just can't look at her anymore."

"Clarke...."

"I just need time...."

"Clarke...."

"Goodbye Bellamy."

"Clarke...."

"May we meet again." Clarke says as she kisses Bellamy one more time and leaves, leaving Bellamy to raise their child for the time being

"May we meet again." Bellamy says under his breath and heads into camp to find Bella
