Chapter 22: Punishment, Celebrations and Big News

~Shae's Pov~

I let out a scream as Liam picked me up and threw me over his shoulder and started to wlk down the steps. "Liam, I didn't do it! I swear to Zeus that I didn't do it!" I screamed but he didn't listen.

"Don't believe you," he said as we passed by Harry and Niall. They gave us strange looks as they followed behind us. Liam walked to the back door and we were soon engulfed in the freezing air. He set me down before going back inside and locking the door behind him. Every bone in my body was cold and through the glass I could see the lads and Chelsea. Zayn being the only guy missing.

Louis had this weird glint in his eyes and I instantly knew that he was the one who did it. I don't know how many minutes later the door opened and I ran inside, Niall wrapped his arms around me and I sighed in bliss. Niall and I had gotten closer in the past week, you know, since Zach showed up and caused me to kind of freak out. Niall's like a brother to me and I really do love the fact that he seems to think of me as a sister.

"I'm going to kill him," I said and Niall pulled back. He started to lead me back upstairs and as we passed Louis, I shot him my deadliest glare and I thought I saw his Adam's apple bob nervously. Good...

"Try your best to not go to jail," Niall told me as I walked up the stairs.

I headed to my room to take a nice, warm shower. A plan starting to form in my brain as steam filled up the bathroom. Once I was dressed, I made my way back down the steps and to the living room. I didn't talk to Liam or Louis and I was acting like they had the plague. Niall had to come and tell me that they were going out. I'm not sure as to where though. When I heard the door shut and I saw the car pull off, I started to put my plan into action.

I ran into the kitchen and searched the cupboards for red powdered food colouring and a jar of jam. I grinned when I found the bottles and ran up to Louis' shower, what was once my mother's bathroom. I unscrewed the shower head and poured the powder into it. I quickly put back the shower head and moved to his shoes that were surprisingly lined up neatly against the wall. It was the only thing neat in here anyway. I quickly emptied jam into his shoes and then made my way back down the steps.

I quickly put everything away and then went to my room. I guess now would be a good time to wrap gifts for Christmas. I walked to my wardrobe and pulled out the bags that held the things I bought two days ago. They probably weren't the perfect gift that they've been wishing for but I tried my best to get something they wanted. Once I was finished with wrapping the gifts, I placed them back into the wardrobe before making my way to the kitchen to get something to eat.

I made myself a turkey sandwich and while I was eating, I sneezed. I had time to let out a groan before sneezing again. Just great! I'm going to kill Liam and Louis if I get seriously sick. I finished eating while sneezing ever so often, which is very frustrating for me. I washed up my dishes before going to the living room to watch some television. I flipped throught the channals before settling on NCIS. I was halfway through my second episode when the front door opened.

The boys came inside and Liam sat on my left, Zayn on my right. Apparently he joined them wherever they went. Zayn put his arm around my shoulder and I automatically cuddled up to his side. I enjoyed the warmth that his body radiated because I was too lazy to get a blanket of my own.

"So when are we putting up the tree?" Liam asked me but I just stayed silent as I stared at the telly.

"Are you just going to ignore me, now?" he asked me but was only answered with silence. He sighed. "Look, I'm sorry. But you pranked me," he continued and I shook my head.
