**I got good internet back YAY!!!**

Let me explain a thing.

My writers block sucks majorly because it's like I will get to a part in the story where I feel like nobody's enjoying it so I stop writing for a few days then begin again.

What happened was a started a whole new story a few days ago and I kinda like it. Maybe I'll post a little bit for you guys to sample then give feedback? Eh.

Brendon's POV:

As soon as I thought Ryan was back to normal, he started acting funny again.

I didn't like this. It was like he was a completely different person. I was worried about him. I thought about confronting him, but decided against it.

After a few days of acting weird, he got really bad. He was pale, quiet, and really skittish. What happened at lunch didn't help him at all.

We were sitting there, it was me, Ryan, Spencer, and Patrick. Pete and Jon were in the library studding for their finals, which were a few weeks away.

Everything was the same as the past few days- Me, Spencer, and Patrick were talking and Ryan was just kind of there. He occasionally said a few words but not often.

Then Gerard showed up and Ryan got this look of complete terror in his eyes. He kind of scooted down in his chair and looked at the ground.

"Hey Ryan." Gerard said, smiling. This wasn't good.

Ryan was silent.

"What's wrong? Not happy to see me?" He asked, and changed his used-car-salesman smile to a fake pouty sad face.

Ryan was still silent.

"Why don't you talk to me, Ryan?" Gerard kept asking questions.

"Why don't you leave us alone, Gerard?" I said.

Gerard glared at me. "This is an A-B conversation, Brandon."

"It's 'Brendon.'" I said then left it alone.

"Now, where were we, Ryan." Gerard paused. "Oh, yes-" he scooted close to Ryan. "Do you remember our little talk?"

Ryan didn't make eye contact.

"Do you?" Gerard said a little more sternly.

He did nothing.

"Well? I'm waiting for an answer."

Come on Ryan, do something.

He looked up as if he had just realized he forgot to do his homework.

"Answer me, Ryan Ross." Gerard said in what sounded like a low growl. He was staring Ryan in the eyes, as if he could see into his mind.

Ryan sat still staring into space for a few seconds before getting up eagerly, grabbing his backpack, and running out of the cafeteria, creating a huge banging sound that made it silent for a few seconds.

Gerard looked shocked. Then he looked at me and started laughing.

"What did you do?" I asked/yelled.

"Nothing." He said simply then got up and went to a different table.

Spencer and Patrick were silent. They looked scared.

"Uh...Brendon." Patrick said quietly.

"Yeah?" I replied.

"You should go get Ryan." He said.

"Yeah. Be right back. Maybe."

I was alone. Wandering the halls, and it was silent. You could hear a pin drop.

But I didn't hear any pins, instead I heard faint sobs. I followed those sobs until they were loud enough to confirm that they belonged to Ryan.

All the teachers were at a meeting for the next thirty minutes, so all the classrooms were empty. I opened every door until I found him.

A little ball that was Ryan Ross. Crying his eyes out in the closet of a silence lab.

"....Ryan...." I said softly.

He shifted a little.

"...Ryan it's me..." I said and took a few more steps toward him.

I walked next to him and sat down next to him. I put my arm around him and he sunk into me. I rubbed his back and whispered to him until I felt his breathing start to slow down.

I sat him up again. "Are you okay?" I asked.

He nodded sadly. "Yeah."

"No you're not, Ryan. What happened back there?" I asked.

"Gerard kept pressuring me. I didn't know what to do, so I just ran-I'm pretty good at running away from my problems-I ran to Ms. McCutchen's class and hid in the supply closet. I didn't think anyone would find me here... I didn't want to be found...and I cried." He replied.

I frowned. "What's been going on lately?" I asked.

"I..." He paused for a few seconds. "I'd rather not talk about it."

"Okay." I smiled a small smile at him and pulled him into a hug. Ryan sighed and we just sat there for a while until the bell rang.
