Hannah's POV

"Han!" Meshach's annoying voice rang making me reach out for the extra pillow and cover my head.

Can't he just be quiet for like an entire day? He was always making noise everywhere. Doesn't he realise that someone is trying to her fair two winks and he is stomping around like an overloaded tractor on steroids.

"Han!"

Oh my God.

"Hannah!"

Sweet Jesus.

"Han-"

"Yes! Yes! What is it?" I had enough, I was going to wack him where the sun doesn't shine. I dragged myself out of bed with a renewed purpose and to that overgrown gerbil's room.

He sat cross legged on the floor holding his game pad, playing some game on his PS4. He eyes continuously following the avatar he was controlling on the screen.

"Hannah! Han-" I slapped his neck before him could complete his annoying banter. "Ouch!"

"See your annoying mouth like ouch, when you were shouting my name you didn't know how to shout ouch."

"Abeg Hannah I just wanted to ask you if you could make breakfast for me." Meshach whimpered rubbing his neck.

"What happened to your own hands?"

"It will not be as sweet and nice as yours." He grinned.

"I want to go to Dubem's house later. Why didn't you ask mum to make you some breakfast?"

He paused his game to glare at me."Mum went to the bakery, like crazy early about to seven!"

"This her bakery sef."

"Na die o." He shook his head in dismay. "Please na for me."

"Abeg abeg What have you done for me?" I eyed him.

Ode.

"Erm. That time...when I.."
He is actually pausing to think. After he will come and do seniority.

"You see no answer. So better go and and find bread and apple to eat. Since since I have been giving you food that I made for free." I pointed out rolling my eyes.

"You want money?"

"Yes o. Before nko?"

"Okay I'll give you money tomorrow." He sighed.

"What about today?"

"Please na."

"Okay okay."

Let me be Father Christmas for today, it wouldn't hurt to cook something up. I haven't cooked a proper breakfast for almost a week now! With Mum making us taste every new recipe it was pointless.

"Thank you sister, dearest." Meshach gave me that his silly annoying grin.

"Oh shut up!"

The kitchen was usually cold for me,I had no clue what I could possibly cook that was different from all the other stuff I had been cooking before.
