ELI
When the girls called me to come down to the shop because there was a problem I made my way down there. I never expected the problem to be Key's girl causing a scene. I walked in and everyone was watching her go off on Tiffany.
"I'm not leaving here until I get my damn refund," she clapped her hand after each word. I walked over and swear I heard one of the girls mumble, 'she fucked up now' but maybe I was tripping.
"What's the issue," I asked making the girl and she turned from Tiffany to me. Honestly I didn't even know the girls name I just never remembered her being so ghetto or confrontational.
"I want to speak to the real manager for one."
Tiffany was a manager so she was already speaking to one but I'm sure Tiffany told her that she was a manager.
"I'm the owner."
"Well as the so called owner you need to get your staff in check. This bitch didn't do a good job on my hair and when I asked her for a refund she refused to give me my money back."
"I'm trying my best to be professional but this little heifer is taking me there," Tiffany mumbled and I could see that she was frustrated.
"You can talk a walk I got this," I patted her shoulder. Matt would beat my ass if I let her get worked up and damn sure didn't want anything to happen to the baby. She walked away and I looked at the girls hair and it looked good to me, damn good. Either way I didn't like the fact that she was called Tiff out of her name so there was no way she was about to get shit back.
"You've been coming up in here for years now. We never had an issue before so don't change that now by disrespecting my staff."
"The customer is always supposed to be right so I just want my damn money back and I'll be on my way."
"If your not happy then we can fix what you don't like about your hair right now right now or the next time your free."
"I'm not coming in this raggedy ass salon anymore. I just want my money back and I'm not leaving until I get it," she called herself yelling at me.
I took a deep breath and rubbed my temples because I was this close to dragging her out by her hair but she wasn't even about that life. Just by looking at her I could tell all this was a front and it made me wonder what her real issue was. Then again I didn't give a damn.
"Well in that case you can have a sit in the lobby for as along as you want because your not getting back shit," I told her straight up.
"We'll see. My man should be here any minute now, then we'll see what you have to say then."
I couldn't help the smile that formed on my face and then the laugh that followed. What the fuck was Key going to do? I shook my head and walked away from her and walked over to Tiffany to get the run down on what happened before I got here.
"She started tripping out of nowhere. She always comes in here to get the same shit. I did her hair like all the times before and for some reason she looked in the mirror and started tripping talking about this isn't what she asked for. I never had no problems with her before this and she's been coming in since we opened."
We've seen this before. Chicks who came in and claimed to be unhappy with the service just to get their money back. Fair was fair and if you weren't genuinely happy that we would fix our mistake.
"Well she must have called Key because he's on his way up here. I don't know why."
"Do you want me to call Matt or one of the boys?"
