I should have counted on the 20%

"I think the citizens enjoy watching me dodge falling debris." Bucky chuckled as I did another back flip over a huge boulder coming my way.

"Did we miss anyone?" Wanda asked frantically

"I'm going to pray that we didn't because that building is trashed." Operation kill Ultron and save the citizens hadn't gone exactly as planned. As soon as we arrived in Korea it all went South. We had one destroyed apartment complex and quite a few angry residents.

"I'd suggest that we get back to the jet before that crowd decides to kill us." Bucky said fearfully. The three of us sprinted to the extraction point and were piled into the jet a few minutes later.

"So," Clint asked with an innocent smirk "how'd it go?"

"I'm going to kill you Barton." I growled. "No you aren't, you love me too much pipsqueak."

"What did I tell you I would do if you ever called me that again?"

"Little foggy," he replied grinning "something about tossing me out the back of the jet?"

"And here you are without a parachute." Wanda and Bucky's eyes bounced between the two of us like they were at a tennis match. I settled for flipping Clint off and leaning back against my seat with a pout on my face.

"I have the cradle!" Natasha's voice rang through the comms. "I need some help in the jet in front of you."

"I'm on it!" I immediately responded, phasing to the next jet and startling Nat.

"Don't do that." she grumbled. I rolled my eyes and helped her unfasten the cradle that was housing a freaky looking body. \

"You go first with the cradle." I instructed. Natasha nodded and hopped onto the cradle. I went to the back of the jet and ran forward and shoved the cradle out of the jet and into the back of our waiting jet where Bucky immediately caught her.

"Come on!" he yelled. I gave a thumbs up and got another running start and lept out of the plane. I was almost to the jet when something snatched me out of the sky. I shrieked when I saw Ultron glaring at me.

"Kill the cradle!" I screamed into the comms. That was all I got out before Ultron ripped out my ear piece and hit me over the head.

Steve's POV

"How long does it take to find one person?!" I snapped. Everyone stared warily at me as I paced back and forth in the living room. "If Nat and Clint haven't found her in two minutes," I warned "I'm going to-"

"To what?" Bucky cut me off "Ultron is completely untraceable, Bruce is panicking, we have an angry metahuman who wants to kill everyone because Thalia's missing, and now we have a freaking robotic servant with a body." I fumed as I processed what he was saying. All of it was true. We couldn't find Ultron, Bruce was barely holding back from hulking out, Spark really did want to kill everyone, and JARVIS was now in a body that called itself Vision. "The best thing to do is to just wait until they find her. Then we can go rescue Thalia." I flopped down onto the couch and nodded miserably. I just hoped Thalia could hang on a little bit longer.

Thalia's POV

I had told Steve I was 80% sure of everything going OK. Of course that stinking 20% had to go and screw everything up. A loud bang snapped me awake as I bolted upright and freaked out when I found myself in a cell overlooking an army of robots.

"Impressive isn't it?" Ultron's voice startled me as he stepped in front of my cell door. "I have complete harmony, unlike your Avengers."

"I wouldn't underestimate them." I said quietly. Ultron laughed and opened the door. I hesitantly stepped out and pretended to look at the hundreds of robots. In reality I discreetly removed one of Ultron's wires and slipped it into my pocket. My cell had everything to make a radio and this wire would broadcast it on the Avenger's network. "Your plan will fail." I said shakily, hoping he wouldn't know how scared I really was.

"It will succeed!" he hissed angrily as he shoved me back into the cell. I whimpered in pain as I landed hard on my shoulder. "You should join us Thalia," Ultron said evenly "the plan would work even better if we had your powers."

"Bite me." I croaked out. His gaze hardened and, quick as thought, he jerked my arm right out of it's socket. I screamed in agony and fell to my knees.

"Think it over," he said coldly "I'll have my others check on you and you can give them your answer." With that, he slammed the door shut and left me hunched against the wall. I waited until he was completely gone before throwing together a simple radio and tapping out a quick Morse code message. In Sokovia, abandoned warehouse. Come quick. I had tried to reach Spark but I was apparently too far out of range. Hopefully Nat or Clint was scouring the channels. or Steve. I paled when I thought about what would happen if Ultron got his hands on him. If he hurt Steve, I would make Spark look like the Goddamn Dalai Lama. The sound of footsteps snapped me out of my daze and I bit my lip nervously when I saw a smaller version of Ultron approaching me.

"You can tell your boss to take his evil plan and shove it up his ass." I snapped. The robot didn't say anything, but its eyes turned red and it entered the cell and started to grow in size. It quickly became taller than me and stared blankly at me. Faster than I could blink, its arm shot out and backhanded me across the face. Two more robots came in behind it and held my arms and legs down. I tried to shoot out some electricity, but I then noticed a power dampener on my wrist. I should know what one looks like, Fury's grounded me enough times with them. The large robot stepped towards me and held up a large, serrated knife. I clenched my hands into fists, determined not to give Ultron the satisfaction of hearing me scream. My resolve broke; however, when the robot dragged the knife slowly, and deeply across my chest. My screams echoed through the building as he cut me. Again, and again, only stopping to clean the knife. Please hurry Steve. I thought desperately. That was my last thought before the pain overtook me and everything faded to black.
