Hi guys. I know, this is my first update all summer. I'm so so so sorry! I have had the busiest summer like you wouldn't believe! But I'll make it up to you! I promise! :)

I took a sip from the red solo cup in my hands, and I licked my lips, trying to see whether or not I liked the taste. I decided it wasn't half bad and happily slurped up the rest of the drink. It didn't taste spiked like I thought it would, it just tasted like regular old fruit punch.

Everett grinned a boyish grin and slung a arm around my shoulder drunkenly.

"There you go! Now let's get this party started!" He dragged me though the crowd, my face smacking into people's shoulders along the way.

"Wha- where are we going?"

"To the dance floor, stupid!"

"Oh..." I murmured after stepping on some girl's shoe, earning an ice cold glare. I threw a quick sorry over my shoulder before turning back around and edging my way to the dance floor with Everett. Dang, this house was humongous...

My mind went back to Ben. I wonder where he is right now? Is he playing some drinking game with the boys? Is he completely sober and just chilling on the couch? Or is he making out with some girl on the bench outside..?

Just the thought made my gut wrench. We'd only know each other a couple of weeks, but I really developed a HUGE crush on him...I mean, I would hope so considering what had happened that one night...

We had already reached the dance floor by then, and I was ripped away from my thoughts. Everett spun me around and moved his hips to the fast paced music. When he spun me, my head got extra dizzy, and I couldn't see straight.

"Whooa," I breathed stumbling to get my wits about me. Everett just laughed and continued moving to the beat. I giggled and started moving with him.

I never really was the dancing & partying type. I was usually much more conservative and self kept. But at that moment, I felt...different. I felt loose and free, letting my hands swing in the air and wiggling my butt with sass.

Everett laughed again, and the pounding of the music filled my ears. I wiggled a little more, then bust out laughing, too.

"Who are you and what did you do with Anova?" He cocked an eyebrow playfully.

"I don't know...what you're talking about," I slurred, slumping against him.

"Well, whatever was in that punch must've been strong!"

"Huh?..." his words didn't register in my brain, in fact, he sounded muffled. But I just shrugged and went back to dancing.

Halfway through the song, Everett slid his hand down to my waist, but I barely noticed. I was staring intently at his face. I've haven't been this close to him in years, and I must've forgotten how pretty his eyes were.

He held my gaze for what seems like an eternity, and I drowned in his eyes. He ducked his head and my eyes fluttered closed. He planted a soft, delicate kiss on my lips, then pulled away, shocked. A smirk stretched across his face, making me giggle.

Out of the corner of my eye, and saw Ben on the couch with a girl in his lap. My heart sunk and I felt the color drain from my face. The girl was kissing him roughly, and his hand was caressing her bum.

Suddenly, my cheeks were engulfed in flames and I shoved Everett away from me. He looked at me, hurt and confused.

"What's wrong baby?" He asked wrapping an arm around me.

"Don't call me that," I hissed.

Suddenly, I wasn't in the mood for dancing.

Sooo to make it up to you, I'm going to have aaaaa *dromroll* Q&A!!!! I know its not the best thing EVER, but it's the only thing I could think of...

So this is how it's gonna work. You guys leave questions in the comments. They can be to me or to the characters. They can be about the book, or they can just be random. Once I get enough questions, I'll post the answers at the next chapter. Okay? Okay :)

Love ya like a sista!
