"But I like my old school mommy" he whined,nose stuffy from his sickness, "Aw I know baby but we have to change the school because it will keep me and you safe"Alani said as she checks his body temperature with the back of her hand
Angel looks down at his shoes "From daddy?"

She hesitates before nodding "Yeah from daddy..."

"Okay mommy I'll go to a new school"

Alani thought about what Taehyung said earlier "You know Tea young use to go to the school right?"

"Really?" Angel said with a grin growing on his face, "Mmh"

Angel obviously looked up to Taehyung, especially after seeing how he saved him and his mom from his dad.
"When I get bigger can I be like Teayoung?"

Alani pauses, her mind instantly went back to the 'Samantha chick' that came over earlier, "Well um...maybe similar, don't you wanna be like yourself?"
He shook her his head "No I wanna be Teayoung, he's like Superman" Angel said jumping into the Superman pose, Alani laughs at his antics.

"Before you go full Teayoung how about you get over this cold?"

Angel nods "Can I have more of Teayoung's soup?"

"Only if you promise to take the medicine I'll have to give you later" Alani said with raised eyebrow, he was going to take the medicine regardless.
"I promise mommy"
Alani nods and follows him out the room, Taehyung was standing at the stove making something.

"Teayoung!"

"Angel!"

Taehyung smiles as he waves his spatula toward the little boy, "Teayoung my mommy said I'm gonna go to your school!"
The tall man opens his mouth in pretend shocked "Really?! That's amazing!"

Angel nods proudly, "I'm gonna be just like you!"

Taehyung's smile declines a little and immediately Angel notices, "Oh that's cool" he fakes a smile and pats his head.
"May I have more soup Teayoung?"

"Yeah of course you can but don't you want some French toast?"

Angel gasped, he wanted French toast but he also wanted more soup, "Mommy may I have bo-"

"No, because you know you're not going to eat both"

Angel pouts and whines lowly, Taehyung sighs, "Maybe he'll eat both this time"

Alani cocks an eyebrow at Taehyung "I'm not sure if you ever actually spent time with children like Angel but his eyes are connected to his stomach, he's sight hungry"

Angel pouts even harder, he felt like his mom was scolding him.
Taehyung clearly wasn't good with being stern, if it were his way he would have immediately give Angel both foods.

"Which one do you want more Angel?"

Angel shrugs "I don't know" he sniffles and swipes his hand across his running nose, "Ah ah ah" Alani said to him taking out a tissue and cleaning his nose.
"Just give him the French toast and he can have the soup for lunch or something"

Taehyung glances back at her, and watches for a moment as she cleans his nose gently, she had a nice balance of friendly and serious.
He turns toward the stove again, leaning over to pick up two plates for Alani and Angel "How many did you want?"

"He can have one"

"And what about you?"

Alani chuckles "I'm okay I don't need any" Taehyung shook his head "Breakfast is important and it's rude to decline my offer" he said with a smirk.

"Fine...two"

"Are you guys allergic to something because I was gonna add some strawberries I found in my fridge on top"

"Strawberries?!" Angel shouts, he liked strawberries...A lot.
"He's not allergic to anything I know of and I'm allergic to cats but I'm sure you don't have any of that in here" she said with a shrug.

Taehyung nods and makes a plate of French toast and strawberries for Angel, Alani sat him down in the and chair he was in the other day.

"Chew your food Angel okay?"

"Okay mommy" he picks up his fork and indulges, Taehyung turned with Alani's plate that had two cinnamon toast on it. "Well you guys enjoy your breakfast I've gotta shower really quick"

Alani nods and takes the plate from him, Taehyung walks off into the bedroom.

As Alani ate her food she watched her son innocently munch and stare in space while he hummed a song he possibly could have learned in school.

"Angel?"

"Yes?" He said immediately snapping out of his trance, "I love you"

She did love him, with every fiber in her body.

"I love you too mommy" he giggled, she leans over, "Kissy" she smiles and angel plants a kiss on his mother's lips.

Alani smiles and taps his nose.

Saying I love you was really important to her, she didn't remember the last time she said I love you to her father before he passed away.
She wanted Angel to make sure Angel knew she loved him.
