Taehyung decided he wanted to join the two at the registration, he told Alani he just wanted to visit his school again but in actuality he just wanted to be there with Alani and Angel.
He'd never tell her that though ...he wouldn't even tell himself that
"Okay I need proof of address" the sweet lady smiled as she looked over angel's birth certificate and social security card.
"Well we just recently moved in so we haven't been able-"
"It's fine Alani" Taehyung said as a piece of mail magically appeared in his hand, "Angel and his mother moved in with me two days ago...Here's my address"
Alani smiles at him, Angel was staring at the lady with curious eyes, he was boring himself and wanted to find something to do besides sit and listen to grown ups talk about grown up 'stuff'.
"Okay well we seem to be all checked out here, Patrick's documents should be ready by tomorrow so you can bring him in then or wait til Monday"
"What would you like Angel?"
Angel snapped out of his trance "Huh?"
"You wanna go to school tomorrow or next week"
Angel thought, he did enjoy spending the day with his mom and Taehyung but he knew it'd probably get boring like how it just was.
"Tomorrow" he said confidently, everyone chuckles in shock "Wow that's the first time I've ever heard a child say something like that"
"Are you sure baby?" His mother asked, maybe he wasn't sure how long next week would be. "Yes mommy" he nodded, he actually wanted to go to school now.
Taehyung chortles at the small child, "I think someone deserves a Strawberry milkshake"
"Really?!" Angel was sparked, he looked at his mother with pleasing eyes "Can I mommy?...please"
"Yeah of course" Angel cheers, "Yay" he got up from the chair and hugged Taehyung, Taehyung bends over and picks him up.
"Children don't usually cling to their stepdads so quickly, he must be a really good guy" the lady said gleefully.
