Taehyung, Alani and Angel were able to go back to the apartment without any loud sirens or flashing lights.
Alani and Taehyung sat in the living room together again, "Mom..." she muttered still trying to memorize the word, a thought ran through Taehyung's mind.
"Hey what are your parents like?"

"Well my mom died after giving birth to me and my dad died a little over two years ago...He had cancer"

"Oh I'm sorry..." Taehyung looks at her, "So siblings?"

"I was my parents first and only child...When my dad got remarried I thought he would be considerate enough to provide me with a sibling but Cynthia didn't want kids...She said they would give her stretch marks" she rolled her eyes, "Oh so you've got a step mom?"

"She was more like a woman who just so happened to live with me and was married to my dad" Alani rolls her eyes, "After I got pregnant with Angel she convinced my dad to kick me out, he regretted it later and secretly sent me money for a while...I felt bad for just living off my dad's allowance and realized a thousand dollars a month isn't going to provide for the both of us, so me and Fran started up a flower shop and it's been great ever since." She smiled cheerfully, she didn't understand why she felt so comfortable sharing all of this with him but she did.
Taehyung nods with his lips slightly parted, "Wow not only do you look like princess but your story is like on too"
Alani scoffs at with and chuckles, "Of course and You're the Prince Charming who generously let me crash in his apartment"
Taehyung shrugs, "That doesn't sound that bad..." she lays her head on his shoulder,"I've always wondered what happened after the fairytales ended, like what went on after princesses got married? Did they have kids, did they even stay together? Who died?!"

Taehyung laughs at her, "Okay you sound a bit tired" he strokes her hair, cuddling closer to him Alani wraps her arm around his bicep and snuggles her face into his neck.
"Just a couple more minutes then I'll go to the room you smell good" Her eyes slowly fell close, Taehyung continues to stroke her head.
His phone vibrates, he swiftly slides it out his pocket and looks at it, "C'mon Namjoon not again"

Namjoon sent him a text that said.

'Hey if you aren't busy playing daddy we got some beers at the bachelor's pad🤙🏼'

Taehyung actually wanted to stay in this boring position with Alani, he wanted to stroke her hair all night and fall asleep on the couch, but he knew he couldn't turn down Namjoon.

'They're both asleep I'll be right over 👌🏼' he slips from Alani's grip and lays her head on a pillow and throws a blanket over her body and tucks her in tightly.
"I'll be back in a bit" he whispered to her, he knew she couldn't hear him but it just felt like the right thing to do.
He grabs his apartment keys and left.
