"Mommy can I have some-"

"No angel we only came here for what's on the list"

Angel tangles his fingers together, "Please mommy I'll share with you"

A elder women near then awes "Isn't he just the cutest and look at all that hair, are you his sister?"

Alani grins at the compliment "No no I'm his mom and don't fall for it...he's definitely not gonna share"

Angel giggles "Yes I am"

Alani makes a funny face at him and pushes the shopping cart after thanking the old woman, "Mommy is daddy gonna come over today?"

"Excuse me?"

"On Thursdays daddy is suppose to come get me..." he said, it was a complicated situation with his father but he knew he was there. "Well maybe next week baby...you don't wanna hang out with mommy?"

Angels giggles again "Of course I do mommy" he pats her hand that held onto the cart handle, Alani smiles proudly at her son and begins to exit the aisle until her cart bumped into someone else.

"Oh my goodness I'm sorr-"

"No it's my fault I should have been watching where I walked"

Angel turns, "Tea young!"

Taehyung looks up from dusting off his pants, "Alani...Angel hi"

This really was a coincident but Taehyung was happy he got to see her face again.

Alani shook her head at herself  "You give me a tip and I repay with you a swollen shin, I'm sorry I really am" Taehyung smiles at her, she looked tired maybe angel had her up last night.

"Are you okay?" Taehyung asked, The brown skin girl in front of him smile drops and she gives him a serious expression. "Yeah I'm fine. Thank you for asking..."

A grin grew on her lips again "No one has asked me that in a long time"

"Mommy are you okay?"

The intense stare down ended with the sound of a prepubescent voice, Alani caresses her sons curly hair. "Yes thank you too"

Taehyung gives them a boxy smile when he saw the little gesture of affection, "Can I get candy now?"

"Okay but it's just a lollipop, after this no more for at least a week"
Angel groans "Nooo..." he whines.

Alani holds on her pointer finger, "Hey! No whining I told when your older you can have multiple pieces"

Angel pouts and looks on the ground, "Okay mommy..."

Taehyung wets his bottom lip, "I should leave you guys to shopping"

"No! Me and angel we're gonna go out for lunch, come with us I'll treat" she smiles, Taehyung raises his hands to protest but she stops him. "I hate having a debt and this is me paying you back"

"Please tea young" angel flutters his lashes and Taehyung broke, "Okay...I'll have to finish shopping though"

Angel giggles "Put it in my mommy's cart!"

Taehyung waves his hand with a small smile, "No I think she's got enough on her hands already" he jokes patting his head in a gentle crown rub.
When Taehyung looks over at Alani he saw her eyes quickly fix from him onto the Peanut butters in front of her, and a smirk slyly grew on his lips when he realized she had been staring at him.

Alani was staring because of the little 'thing' he did, her dad use to rub her head like that and it almost made her cry thinking about it.
