Taehyung watched as Alani's eyes slowly began to open, he kept hearing her stir but thought nothing of it until he heard her whimpers.
He sat and held her hand up until she opened her eyes now, "Alani..." he whispers, her eyes quickly widen as her vision focused.
"C-calm down...it's just me...please" he pleads with her, seeing her so manic and confused was terrifying and almost hurt him to watch her body hit the ground.
"Tae...I can't..."

"I know you felt like a burden but you never were...I...I love you Alani"

She stares at him in shock, "What? No...you think you do but you don't..."

"I know what I feel Alani..." he grips her hand tighter, Alani began to cry, " I don't deserve you..." she spat, "I was a horrible little girl who got knocked up by an asshole and now I have to face the consequences...I'm sorry I left angel with your parents but I just needed to clear my head"

"Clear your head by screaming it off? We could hear you even sitting in my car...Alani let me help you...please...I won't let him hurt you again"

"...But I've hurt so many people..." she cries, Taehyung sat on her hospital bed and held her in his arms as she sobbed loudly.
"I've turned the entire school against people, I've made them feel like ending their own lives"

"That isn't you anymore Alani...the you now...the you now wouldn't hurt a fly unless it messed with angel" he said as he gently rocked her back and forth, Alani chuckles, "I knew I'd get you to laugh"
She looks up, "If I tell you something do you promise now to get mad?"

Taehyung's grip loosens, "Is this about Namjoon" Alani looks at him with wide eyes and that was enough for him to take that as a 'Yes'
"I already know..."

"You do?"

Taehyung nods, "We're all adults here...and we weren't dating when you did"
Alani squints her eyes 'What did he tell him?' She thought, just as she opened her mouth to question his words, Namjoon walks through the door.

"Oh my god you're alright" he pushes Taehyung off and hugs her, "Please don't..." he whispers into her ear, He pulls away and faces his cousin who's face was red with anger but he pushes the emotion away quickly.
Doctors began to rush into the room quickly and check Alani's vitals ushering the two males out the room.

Her trembling was gone, she was completely conscious and reacted quickly to pain so they know she didn't have a stroke but just took a great fall and hit her head.
"Well Alani you seem to be free to go home...your boyfriend was very worried for you so you'll be taken well care of I believe, just remember to get lots of rest and hydrate"
The female doctor smiles at Alani who returns it, "Thank you doctor" she says.

Alani wanted to take a quick shower so she hopped in one the hospital provided.
While she showered she felt along the hairs on her body and frowned, she just shaved how did they come back so quickly.
She got out the shower and cracked open the door hoping that someone was there, it was Taehyung sitting on her bed watching Tv, Alani grabs her towel and walks out the bathroom with it around her.

"Tae?"

He turns to face her and smiles, "You look like you feel better" she nods with a small grin "Uh yeah but...how long was I asleep"

Taehyung chews on his lip, "Just a couple of days..."
He was never good at lying to her, "Taehyung please tell me the truth"

"You've been out for about a week and a half...the doctors say your fine to leave now though" Taehyung said cautiously not wanting to scare her but she wasn't scared, she was worried for her baby of course but not scared.
She asked God for this, she asked God to lessen her suffering and God allowed her stop suffering by making her sleep for multiple days and wake up to a man who she really likes confess his love to her.

She walks over to Taehyung and hugs him tightly, "I won't leave again I promise" the droplets of water on her skin stained his clothes and got him wet but the warm from her hug was enough for him to ignore it, Namjoon opens the door slowly and watches the two hug each other.
He didn't interrupt them so he just backs away and closed the door gently, Namjoon leaned his back onto the door and grimaced. The conversation the two had when she first woke up was clear to his ears completely, when he heard Taehyung begin talking he pressed his ear against it and listened to her confessions.

She was a school bully...like him...it wasn't his most pleasant memory and he usually only did it to protect Taehyung but then it began to turn into something that he felt was fun, torturing the kids that use to torture him back in Elementary school for being foreign and having a 'different' name.
He even started hurting kids who were like him just for the hell of it but he went too far one time and was expelled from school leaving Taehyung to defend himself for the last two years of high school.

His own mother stopped talking to him and he was left to survive on his own, maybe getting a warm meal from his uncle and aunt from time to time but freeloading off of family wasn't his style, so he left without a word and didn't come back until a friend of his sent him on a mission to hurt someone...we can all guess who that someone is?
Hearing those words leave her mouth made him feel something he's always tried to push away when he had to deal with her.

'Guilt'

'Maybe she wasn't as bad as those around him made her out to be' as much as he treated him like one, Taehyung wasn't a kid anymore and he could decide if this woman was worthy to be apart of his life.

He felt the door leave his back and he stumbles to regain his balance, he turns his head slowly and faces the two.

"We're you eavesdropping on us?" Taehyung asked with a scowl, he grips Alani's hand tighter.

"N-no..." Namjoon stammered he meets eyes with Alani who was squinting at him suspiciously.
He quickly looks away, "Uh I'll drive..."
