You had been laying down on your small bunk on the ship bobbing your head to some music Peter had been playing. He had connected his musical device to the board of the ship and been playing songs throughout the journey. "Y/n." Peter pops his head from the door frame. You sigh and tilt your head forward. "Why don't you just dance instead of just bobbin' your head?" "Because I know that you'd walk in and try to use whatever pelvic powers you have with me." He chuckles. "Y/n, what in the hell are pelvic powers?" He steps over to your bed swaying side to side.
You sit up and scoot to the back of your bed frame. "Your," You wave your hand around motioning to his 'area'. "Pelvic Powers whatever thing you do."
"What thing?" You groan. "You lean forward and do things." He rolls his eyes and plops down leaning down on your bed frame crossing his legs. "Y/n come on it's just dancing." You cross your arms. "No." "Oh, come on why not?" You squint your eyes at him. "Pelvic powers." You state bluntly.
He shakes his head. "Y/n there are no such things as Pelvic powers. I just want to dance." You look at him. He looks at you and smiles wiggling his eyebrows. "Stop that." You frown. He stops and stands up holding his hand out to you. "Come on..." You drag your eyes down to his hand and sigh placing your hands on his. He grips it, pulling you towards him, you landing on his broad chest. It was quite awkward. You and him just standing there together, swaying side to side. Peter slowly brings your left hand behind his back and right up to his side. "Is this...dancing?" He smiles and nods looking down at you. "You know your beautiful." You roll your eyes. "You say this to me every day," "And every day it's true." Your cheeks slowly burn and the line.
"Whenever I do get to see you, your skin glows and...everything about you looks perfect." You smile and chuckle. "I am far from perfect and you know this." You joke. "Not in my eyes." "Peter." You look up at him with a big grin on his face. "Your a goofball." He shrugs. "I'm a goofball that loves you."
You smile. You lift your hands up from his back and his hand and place them on his chest, hugging your cheek to his front. You couldn't see all too well but Peter began to blush and smile. He lifts his hands up and places them on your back hugging you. "Are these Pelvic Powers?" He asks. You jerk back and slap him on the shoulder. "Seriously? I'm compromising with you and your dancing. Take this moment in, it is probably not going to happen again." "Y/n..." He whines. You shake your head. "Peter, no I am serious. I can't dance and I won't make a fool of myself around people." He shakes his head. "I have no idea what your talking about." "I 'dance' like..like.." You pause. "A gorgeous women." You don't say anything, your face burning. He had been doing this since you got on board and met him. You had worked with his 'father' and Mantis until you found out what his exact plans were.
He took you and escaped with the team, defeating Peters 'father'. "Y/n I don't care what you look like dancing, I just care that's it you I'm with." He says. "Y/n look at me." You keep your head down. "Y/n." He cups your chin and squishes your cheeks softly. "Y/n..." He chuckles. "Come on, please don't ignore me." You pout with him still cupping your cheeks.
He begins to laugh. "Peter, why are you laughing?" "That face you made was adorable." He let's go of your face and grips onto your shoulders giving you a small peck on the lips, making your eyes widen. He leans back and leaves you frozen. "W-what was that?" "A kiss." You scrunch your eyebrows together. "What's a kiss?" You ask. "Something to show someone that you love them." You cock your head to the right. "You seriously love me?" He nods. "Me?" He nods again. You stop. "Do you want me to show you again?" You don't say anything for a second before nodding. He cups your chin once again and lifts it up kissing you. He smiles feeling you kiss back.
Yay! Sorry, I was gone for a little while, I was in the California mountains for a week and had no wifi...lol. Anyway, holy moly 2017 is done. I've got to say, personally, that this year was a whole lot better than 2016. I'm looking forward to the year next and what there is going to be.
I do have some characters in mind and I am going get some long needed requests done, but I'm just curious to know which one of the chapters in this book is your favorite to read? One of my favorites to write were probably Danny Phantom just because of childhood crush nostalgia.
