"So it's just the two of us?" I tucked a loose peice of hair behind my ear, becoming quite shy. I'm not exactly good with people. What in the world do you say to your other half?

"Just us." He looks at me instensely for a second before driving. Alright. A certain image pops into my head and I shook it.

He doesn't say anything else but he looked like he had a lot on his mind. I knew this day would come, but I would've nevr imagined it lke this.

My mind keeps going back to mom and Alice, making me more and more tired. I'm totally exhausted from the situation earlier mentally. Like what are they doing? What will happen to them? How are they going to explain the whole situation to the rest of the world, if the world bothers to even ask? With the thoughts weighing heavily in my head and heart, I slowly drift off.

Alex's POV:

So much feeling, so much care. Huh. It's been a long time since i've felt that.

As I watch Andrea's friend give a, to put it bluntly, quite dramatic display of astonishment, I noticed a pair of binoculars peeking out from behind a car. Watching everything unfold. Hmm.

I silently walk away from the scene, hiding behind Andrea's friend's car. I mutter a few words before snapping my fingers.

I casually walked towards the person hiding, making sure not to produce any noise. No one can see me now. I'm not invisible, per say, but the minds around me has been altered to not notice me. Took me lifetimes just to be able to master this trick.

He seems startled as I grabbed him by the neck and mouth. He tries to yell but his choking makes it sound more of a drowned gurgle.

"Don't scream." I whisper as I made myself known. I snapped my fingers and I became visible for him again. In a swift movement, he is now sprawled on the floor, with me pressing down on him. Knee digging into his stomach, a hand loosely on his neck to let him breathe a little. I changed into my normal form, curious. I tilt my head.

"Witch!" The teenage boy splutters. His face is red and he is gasping for breath. "By the order of the Hunters' Treaty, you should not be interferring with our matters with the Werewolves."

"Hunters, huh." I let go of him. He quickly scrambles up, his hand going instantly to his neck to protect it. "What is your name?"

"I'm Drew. Hunter-in-training." He says, rather proudly despite his voice being strained.

"Well, Drew. Do you school here?"

"Yes, but I don't see how this is any of your business," he looks at me a little suspiciously. I see his eyes glance down to his jacket, or rather, what was underneath it.

"Just curious." I grin wickedly. "Curious to know what is in that jacket of yours and if you can pull it out faster than I can turn you into a toad."

He freezes. Good.

"Have you ever met a werewolf before?"

"Caught one? No. I'm suspecting that Andrea over there might be though. There's no evidence, but I've been watching her for a very long time." He rambles, nervous. Mumbling. Oh I've grown to have a deep hatred for mumbling. Plus, I said met, not caught. Same difference to him, I guess.

My went up to my chin, my index finger tapping it slowly.

"Andrea, huh?" I yawned. "She's nice."

"She used to be more quite. Now she seems happier... who knows what that monster's been planning in that head of hers." He rambles on even more before pausing. He looked at me slowly, shocked. I nod my head slowly, smiling. Humans. All practically children."Wait, you know her?"

"It's been interesting talking to you." I stood up, giving him a hand to get up too. I stare into his eyes, casting a spell that I could do in my sleep. "I'll definitely be watching you."

He slumps onto the ground. Satisfied, I walk back to where Andrea is. Time to get this show on the road before he wakes up.
