"Get away from him!"

"DON'T YOU EVEN DARE TRY TO HELP HIM YOU BITCH!"

"Y/N, get up! Get up! You have to get up sis!
Y/N! Please! I'm scared! Y/N!"

I opened my eyes and saw I was in my room. There was some water and aspirin on the folding 'bedside' table next to me. I sat up and immediately regret doing that. I groaned in pain. I saw figures in my room, one laying on the old bay window, one on the beanbag and one on the floor. I rubbed my eyes and my vision cleared. Gene was passed out on the beanbag, Zane was passed out on the bay window and Sasha was on the floor, leaning on the beanbag. Gene and Sasha were smart not to take the window. I slowly got up and went to the bathroom. I looked at my myself in the mirror, I almost was scared at what was looking back at me. Almost.

I had a bruise on my lower eye and at the top right of my forehead. My eyes were bloodshot and there was some dried blood in my hair. I looked down to see the damage of the glass. There were some rips in my shirt and stains of blood. I splashed some water in my face and walked back into my room. Zane was sitting up, dusting himself off.

I sat back down on my bed and he came over to me, very worried and from what I could tell, scared

"What? I don't bite that hard. Sit down." I sighed. He sat down and kept looking down.

"Look, I don't know why you guys are here, I mean they know better." I said pointing to the Shadow Knights. "But you can't tell anyone about this and you can't call the police."

Zane looked up at me in shock.
"Why?" He asked. I sighed. I explained most of everything to him. It took convincing, but he swore that he wouldn't do anything unless told to, which made me smile.

Kinda.

I stood up slowly. "I want to go make sure Travis is ok." I said and inhaledo in pain. Zane grabbed my arm and helped me. I gave him a soft smile, but I noticed that there was some red on his cheeks peeking from his mask. I felt my cheeks lightly heat up, then I shook it off. It was probably from the pain I was in. I slowly opened Travis's door and saw that Zenix was passed out on the small bench in his room. Travis's room was a little smaller then mine. It had his bed, a small bench that was my mom's, 3 shelves that held nothing but one picture of us, and a small, old Fairy Tail poster on the wall. I always felt a little sad when I saw his room, one day I wanted to give him an actual room where it was filled with the things he really wanted.

Travis wasn't in his bed, so I slowly shut the door for Zenix. Sasha will yell at him to wake up later. Me and Zane made our way down stairs and I paused to see if my dad was in my line of sight, but he wasn't. I walked into the kitchen and saw Laurence teaching Travis how to make pancakes.
"Did the Valkrum house the new place to hang out?" I chuckled. Travis turned around and his he gave me a huge smile.
"Y/N!" He yelled and gave me a hug. I shuddered from pain, but then hugged back. Travis stepped back and scratched the back of his head.
"Sorry sis." He said laughing a little. I shrugged it off and sat at the kitchen table. Soon, Sasha, Gene and Zenix came down and sat with me. Zenix has a grumpy morning face. Zane, Travis and Laurence made breakfast. Sasha handed me my beanie and I gladly took it to hide the blood staining my hair. I looked over at the boys cooking and caught Zane starring at me and he blushed, looking away fast. I smiled and looked at Gene, who looked half asleep.
