I walked inside and sat on the couch as D walked in the house.

"Hey Harley-Jade" He spoke I got up and walked to the kitchen.

He walked in behind me. "Why was that boy here" I looked at him

"I don't think that's any if your concern" I tell him as my mom and Elijah walked down

My mom looked at him. "What are you doing here?"

"I came to check on my kids c-" Eli cut him off

"We don't need you checking on us,im a grown man that can take care of them" Elijah snapped

They were quiet. I smirked and high fived him

"That's what I'm talking bout,but that nigga in check" Eli laughed

My mom glared at us. "Y'all are being disrespectful just let him talk"

I rolled my eyes an sat on the couch next to Elijah. They stood infront of us D looked sad I smirked.

"So Boss why you here?" Elijah did that to make him feel uncomfortable.

"I left because if other gangs found out y'all were my children they would kill yall. I couldn't let them do that so I left, Your mother sent me pictures of y'all and videos. I even saw the video of Harley-Jade first steps. I'm sorry if it feel like I abandoned y'all but I didn't." He explained to us.

"Is he telling the truth" DeWayne asked as all 3 of them walked down.

"Yes he is" My mom nodded. "Is this Nigga beating you to make you say this?" I asked playing

She looked at me. "I would kill him even if he thought about it"

QUAN POV

I left because I saw D that's my boss and I didn't want Harley-Jade to find out. I decided to call her. I called her an she didn't answer so I called again she answered on the last ring

I shrugged. "Hey what's wrong"

"Did I do anything? Is it because I left?" I did leave fast

"No B-Babe" she was trying to be romantic. "It's my so call dad"

I got nervous. "Don't worry,tomorrow I'm taking you to the movies,you can even choose"

I looked at the clock. "What bae?"

"Are you going to be real with me,i hate people being fake to me. If you got shit to tell me just say it" she said

I pulled up at Harley-Jade house,i got out and knocked on the door. DeWayne answered

"Wassup Bro" I dapped him as I walked in. "Nothing Aye E wanna talk to you" he tells me

I walked upstairs to E room and seen him counting money. I sat down next to him

"Trip Wayne told me you wanted to talk"

"Yea what you got planned for today" he asked putting the money in his duffle bag

I smiled. "Me and your sister going to a movie then chill later on"

"Dude you must dont know you gotta have D money by 8 tonight. Do he even know you dating her?" he asked

"No and imma keep it that way. Imma have his money by 8 ok b-" I got cut off by Harley-Jade with her Bra and Boxers.

"Damn" I mumbled she ran to Elijah. "Mom trying to make me wear..panties" she hid behind him as their mom walked in

After the movies we went to Apple Bees, it was our date night but I had to leave by 7:30.
