Chapter 22

Elliana's POV
      It's monday. Harvey and I are a couple now and I couldnt be more happy. We have been texting none stop throughout the weeknd and he's never failed to make me smile. I was happy for the first time in a while. I was glad things had finally worked out.
            I had just stepped inside the school gates and was headed to my locker. Gemma had yet to arrive. She had stayed over with Lucas last night and I was postive that they were making out in the car right now. I'm just glad I left the car because I really dont want to witness that.
     I was now placing the books inside my locker when someone slammed my locker shut startling me.
     "Morning beautiful" mumbled a smiling Harvey causing my heart to flutter.
     He directly leaned in and kissed me making me laugh throughout the kiss.
       "Come on. Let me take you to class" he said taking my hand in his and walking me.
         
        First three periods had passed rapidly and I was now making my way towards the cafeteria hand-in-hand with Harvey.
        We grabbed lunch and headed to the picnic table outside.
      "Do you want to go to the theater after school?" He asked after we had settled.
        "Sure" I replied chewing on my pizza which wasnt that terrible.
         The rest of the lunch was spent with us talking about various topics and throwing random jokes here and there. In no time, lunch was over and we were headed to fourth period.
     
     The rest of the day ended in a flash. Harvey and I were now on our way to the movies. One of his hands was on my thigh and the other holding the steering wheel.
      We arrived there shortly and settled on watching a black and white comedy. Harvey had payed for the tickets and the treats we bought after we argued for a while. If it werent already clear I had lost the argument.
          Although I would have preferred if we'd stayed home and made out for a while the movie was funny and amusing and I had a great time.
          We headed home right after the movie where Harvey had dropped me off and left. Of course not after we nade out for about 10 minutes.
          
    I was now seated on my bed finishing tomorrow's assignment and already dreading the rest of the week's homework.
          Teo hours had passed and I was now done with my homework. I still had time so I decided to shower before I went to bed. I got my bag ready took out my pajamas and went inside the bathroom to shower. After I was done I brushed my teeth put on my pajamas and went to sleep.
I was going to chat with Lucas for a while but remembered that Gemma was with him and decided to give them some privacy.

      One week later
        I woke up to a smiling Harvey next to me the next day.
   "Morning love" he said kissing my forehead.
      I groaned and covered my face with the sheets.
    "Come on love.  We're gonna be late. " he insisted but he wasnt convincing me.
       I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist and lift me up. I shrieked in surprise. Harvey then carried me to the bathroom where he let me down and left closing the door behind him.
         I washed my face and brushed my teeth skipping the makeup because I was too tired.  I then left the bathroom to get dressed.
   "Get out" I said when I saw Harvey still standing in the room.
         He chuckled before pressing his lips to mine and leaving the room.
       I put on my black leggings and a PINK hoodie before I headed downstairs to meet Harvey.
          "Hey" I greeted him once he came into view.
    He smiled before throwing my bag on his shoulder grabbing my hand and leading us towards his car. One month and two more weeks left of school ( she went to school mid-year).
          The school day was normal with nothing special taking place except for tons of homework.
         I was waiting for Harvey next to his car.
     "Hey babe" he said soon as he came into view shortly after I had arrived.
        "Hey to you" i smiled.
     We got into the car and he turned towards me before turning the key placed in the ignition.He looked nervous.
    "You okay?" I asked my tone laced worrisome.
     "Y-yeah. I wanted to take you somewhere. If thats okay with you I mean."
      "Okay" i replies squeezing his arm reassuringly.
      Why did he look so nervous?

       We arrived to the park he took me to earlier 30 minutes later.
      "Come on" he said after he grabbed two bags from the trunk of the car.
          We crossed the park and comtinued walking between the trees silently.
     "Harvey, where are we going?" I asked.
     "I love when you say my name" he replied. As much as what he said made me smile I knew that he was trying to dodge the question. I remained silent though.
        We came to a halt minutes later. It was a clearing between the trees. A blankent was laid in the middle of the clearing. Harvey put down the bags he was holding and looked at me- "surprise" he said smiling.
      I smiled back and laid my head on his chest listening to his rapid heartbeat.
          "Come on.  I have food with me" he said leading me to the blanket.
      We took a seat on the blanket while Harvey grabbed two sandwiches and two drinks from one of the bags he brought.
         We ate in silence meeting each other's gaze every now and then and smiling widely.
       "Um, I want to-uh- play something for you" he said after we'd finished our meals.
          I didnt really understand what he meant. "Okay" I said smiling trying to calm his nerves.
       He then grabbed a black bag and opened it revealing a guitar. I then understood what he meant.
     He placed the guitar in the right postion and tuned it.
    "Sorry. I just havent played infront of anyone before" he chuckled.
     "It's alright " I reassured him smiling widely. Excitement filled me as I got ready to hear what he was about to play.

      He played the first cords before he began.

"I dont know or understand how this might be happening in such a short amount of time but i think i might be falling for you" he said his eyes piercing into mine.
