So after a lot of writing and deleting and I realized that Puppy's story has come to an end I am (relatively) satisfied with. However this AU is one that I still really want to play with. Especially the less-than glamorous side which I hinted at in the beginning before Puppy was thrust into a far more luxurious lifestyle.
So I started toying with a different character, trying to ease up off the 'soft and submissive' type I tend to write about. Perfection is impossible and while this story will need a lot of work before I am satisfied I have burnt myself out trying to figure how to make it better. So I am putting down Good Boy and Heal My Heart and starting a new story from this universe called Imperfect.
It follows the life of a submissive in at a Trading Post who doesn't quite fit the bill. I wanted to delve a bit deeper into the darker parts of this world (oh my gosh, is my belated teenage angst coming out?!) and this story just appeared in my head.
Unlike my other world where I just sort made it up as I went along I have a good idea of how this story will end. I will be forward with you: Good Boy and Heal my Heart are not like this. Strong language, mature situations and sexual content and pretty constant as well as questionable consent--this is of course far from an accurate portrayal of the BDSM lifestyle so do not confuse the two or assume that I think the two are similar.
(And it will if course heavily feature gay men. This me we're talkin' about)
