Fire Flying- Art Book #5

Welp, we're doing this.

Alright.

So, I decided to do a "Choose Your Own Adventure" kind of series of stories, starring my close buds. Each chapter will have one or more of the characters making a choice to effect the story.

Sound fun?

Fantastic.

Now, the cast of Characters I have set out are the people I know semi-to-fairly well. However, just because you aren't on this list, doesn't mean you won't possibly be apart of the story. I will have a few of you guys pop up here and there as characters as well, depending on if the main guys are dumb and all get murdered before chapter 2. So Make sure to read up on all of the parts. only consistent voters have a shot at being a character, because I will know  who's been paying attention

Any character that isn't specified as an account, you can just imagine as me dressed up in various costumes or something dumb

Now, moving onto the Cast. These are the people I feel would work best within the story. They are not obligated to be apart of it or not. Just tell me if you were someone mentioned that DOES NOT wish to be a part of the adventure. It's no huge thing. :)

Now. Pay close attention, characters. I want to give a bit of a run-down on how this is gonna play out.

Depending on your character in-story (so no one's personalities are all over the place, more on what your character will be later), you will be able to make a choice presented to you in each chapter

However, not everyone will be required to make a choice each chapter. Sometimes, you hag back, and let another player have their moment progressing the story. I will, however, try my best to even the scores and let at least one person vote every chapter, on a rotational thing. Just so everything's fair.

Choices will go a little something like this, as an example.

"Mozziu approached the sword, it's handle sticking up into the air like a beacon of heroism. No one had ever pulled it free from the stone and lived to tell the tale. Perhaps this time would be different. The world was ending, after all. No time like the present to start King Arthur-ing it up."

Pull sword from stone.

Leave to assist the party.

If you are the character being presented with the choice, you will be the one to comment with your choosing. If you do not comment within 24 hours, I'll have to ex-machina your character out of having to make the choice. So your turn will end, and you will not have a chance to make your decision.

Like so.

"Before Mozziu could place her shaking hands anywhere near the sword, a huge-ass monster burst out of the ground. It thrashed and roared, and [Insert Party Member Here] was barely able to pull Mozziu out alive before being eaten.

So much for that."

As you can see, not answering a decision will not result in a death, as usually one choice or another will have serious consequences. However, ya'll only get one pass for that. The second time a decision is not answered, your character will be killed somehow.

Like, I could have had that huge-ass tentacle nightmare just swallow Mozziu alive and whoops, game over for her.

I'm pretty sure I made the choosing-thingy pretty understandable. if not, you can always ask questions :)

Moving on, the voting.

I want to know what all of my players want this story to be about!

So, I'll be offering a few scenarios for everyone to vote on. You don't have to be a decision-making player to take part in the voting. The result will be what kind of story this is going to be. I will break any ties, so don't worry about it.

1) Fantasy adventure (Medieval stuff. Dragons, fairies, horses. All that fun stuff)

2) Sci-fi (Interplanetary exploration. Possible alien invasion?)

3) Apocalypse (Because who doesn't love a good zombie story?)

4)....Hunger Games (I have a feeling somebody would ask me about this)

And that's it! Remember, if you don't want to be a player, just tell me. The party doesn't have to six people. And even if you aren't playing, I would much appreciate a vote for what kind of story this will be!
