Aero Flight: Ascending Skies

A slight reveal..

"Lemme help you there" Darryl reached his sharp branch down to me and I complained. "You think you're sharp branch's gonna help me this time?" I asked him as I suddenly got up and I flapped my wings, sending the large creature off of me and onto the wall, crashing it down. "Nice try, Max. Now we're paying for school maintenance and creature funerals" Darryl complained also. "Shut up, man. They're getting away" I told him as I pointed out to the creatures fleeing from the scene. There were some dead creatures with their blood splattered all over the cafeteria floor. Sorry, if I'm being gross but it is gross. The other creatures fled off of the school area. The others students didn't come back before they'd seen us turn back into our normal form from being creatures.

 Unfortunately, Ev was peeping from the cafeteria look through doors or whatever you call those and when she us walking out of the doors and onto the empty hallways,she was by the lockers looking right at us. "Oh..hey, Ev" Darryl waved his hand. Ev started to walk towards Darryl then she punched him on the arm. "Ow, what the hell" he shouted. "Shut it" she said. She grabbed both of our wrists and then she pulled us to the janitor's room. "Ok, now she's mad" I said. Ev motioned her left hand into a fist then asked us, "Ok, what the hell are you guys?". "Well, we tried to explain it to ya but you didn't listen" I uttered. Right then the janitor opened the door then saw us kids, then just left then closed the door behind him. "Well, now I'm interested. Tell me..what's going on" she insisted. Both me and Darryl looked at each other and we nodded. "We need to show you this" I raised my wrist at her with the gauntlet. "You stole it, didn't you?" she said with a frown.

 "Yeah, but the way we're transforming into those, is through this" I informed her. "How did you transform? Or better yet, where did you get the powers?" she asked. "That, we can't tell you" Darryl added. But before Ev could continue, I turned Darryl around first then I insisted us to tell her so that she could be knowledgeable of what really is happening. We both turned around then Ev looked confused. "Well, let's go...right now" I said. When Ev opened the door there was someone familiar by it. Before it could start talking, Ev punched it in the face before both me and Darryl even knew who it was. "What the f-" I reacted while rushing to the stranger's aid. "Crap, Elwin!" I said.
