I covered the wound on my chest then I accidentally dispatched steel feathers from my wings and I think I might've killed Elwin. Hyde kept on laughing ang laughing until his face turned red and suddenly he turned into a gigantic golem. His appearance and old 1876 garb and costume turned into stone and rock. The three of us seemed helpless, now that Elwin crippled me a little bit. "Never fear!" A voce interrupted Hyde as he was about to stop us. Glitter explosions were bombarded to Hyde and there were the four beasts of the council. The siren doused him with a strong current, making him fall to the ground. The fairy elf shot more spells from his book and the old treant widened his eyes and large roots emerged from the ground and restrained him. The gryphon messed up Hyde's rocks with his sharp feathers and the two even joined in on the fight. Me? I was lying a few feet from the last fight we'd get. The gryphon noticed me, lying by the crop field's fence and he landed down to thank me. "What the heck, I'm gonna die and this is the last scene I'll ever see" I smiled.

"Not you, but, Typhon. He's not gonna die either but he'll regenerate a few hours later" he assured me. I turned back to my human form and the wound was gone. I ran to the battle field and suddenly, they were all winning. Hyde was losing and there was no sign of that mimic pet of his. "You lose" I whispered. Finally, when he couldn't take all the damage, he turned back to his human form and the roots caught him, strangled him pretty good where he couldn't pull some crazy tricks up his sleeve. All of us neared Hyde while the roots fixed his position so we could talk to him. "You win this time for sure but oh, I'll get out of this cage of yours you filthy animals" he cursed. "Well, this is a message from all us...filthy animals" I told him. "What is it, you brat" he replied aggressively. I quickly uppercutted him and his mouth suddenly bled.

He shouted and the treant buried his face in roots and under the surface where he wouldn't find the sunlight. It was brutal, yes, but I knew that he was just in a prison inside a ruins. As for me and my dad, he's still trying to forget about me and the gryphon thing. The gauntlet...is the one I can't replace. The Fortress' ruins were all poofed up to some place, I quite don't know. Our headquarters was now the ruins, Hyde's cell was in. His cell was deep in the catacombs of the planet. The ruins was situated in a large forest and it became more inhabited again by creatures but the population were more on woodland creatures. The four beasts sat on their thrones again like kings and queen. For me and the two of them? We lived a normal life again. Sure, we'd be needed some day but...not yet. Hey, this looked short I know but this was just the beginning and there is more stuff coming along the way.
