Lena POV

I was worried when I saw how pale Kara looked. Her and Alex had left lunch to catch up on some homework but one, they didn't come from the direction of the library and two, Kara looked sick to her to stomach. Before she left she was perfectly fine. I had so many questions for Kara but I checked the time. 1:24pm. The bell to start their last, and final class of the day was going to ring any minute now. I glanced at Kara who seemed way to spaced out to notice me slip away. When a large crowd of people came my way, I slipped into it hoping Kara hadn't noticed. I allowed myself to get carried away with the crowd before I neared the girls restroom. I slipped in.

"Hello?" I called out.

When no one replied I assumed it was empty. I check my watch one final time. I watched as it clicked away till it struck 1:25pm. The bell rung indicating class started. The loud bell was incredibly loud and I fell to the ground clutching my ears hoping to ease the pain. My head ached and all of a sudden I heard so many different noises at once. I heard the lunch ladies chatting. I heard the running of late students. And I heard Mrs. Huff, my biology teacher's, lesson. Only problem is Mrs. Huff's room is on the third floor and currently, I was on the first. This has been happening a lot lately. I could hear things that people wouldn't normally be able to hear. And I was strong. REALLY strong. There were a few other things happening that I couldn't explain but they didn't happen as often. The ringing of the bell finally came to a hault but my ears still ached. It was then that I noticed a body next to me. I glanced over at the presence.

"Maggie?" I asked.

"Lena, hey what happened?" Maggie asked.

"Oh, uh... nothing. Just a migrane."

"Lena..." Maggie said in a warning tone.

"What?" Lena replied innocently.

"Don't lie to me."

"Honestly Maggie it was just a headache. I- I have to go."

I rushed out of the bathroom before any more questions could be asked. My head was still throbbing but I was determined to get away from Maggie. A glance over my shoulder would reveal Maggie in hot pursuit. I picked up speed, sprinting now.

"Lena! Wait!" Maggie yelled.

I only sprinted harder with the exit sign in my sights. I burst through the back doors of the school and glanced around. There wasn't anywhere to go. A look to my right revealed the woods. I could hear Maggie getting closer. Or maybe that was my hearing still messed up. Either way I ran into the bundle of trees. I ran. Fast. I finally came to a stop needing to catch my breath. My head felt better now being in the middle of nowhere. I turned around expecting to see the school. I shocked myself when I all I saw were more trees. I wasn't running for a long time. I sat down on a log desperate to gather my thoughts. So much was going on at once it was overwhelming. I jumped up in frustration. I paced back in forth trying to calm my mind but to no avail. With anger building up inside of my I slammed my fist down on a nearby boulder. It shattered in pieces. I stood back with my mouth agap. I tested my fists out, squeezing and opening them. They felt fine.

"What the hell..." I said to no one.

"Miss Luthor?" a voice said.

I swiveled on my heels and was met with a pair of ocean blue eyes and a red cape.

"Supergirl... what are you doing here?" I asked.

"Oh um- your friend Kara called me. She's worried about you." Supergirl replied.

"Kara knows you?" I asked intrigued as to why Kara never brought this up.

"Uh- uh- yeah, we... do..." Supergirl said letting the last part die off.
