The day has finally come.
This is the day I'll celebrate for for years!
Sami will finally be free! She'll be through with that Derrick! It's been on and off for years because of him and now she finally makes the move to break up! Oh glorious day!
I skipped down the stairs.
"Jeez, Chels. You always seem to be waking up happier and happier every day!" Freddie smiled, hugging me.
"Well, today is a glorious day for me!" I cheered.
Freddie raised an eyebrow, "Oh, really? Why is that?"
I smile disappeared a little, Shit, no one can know about Derrick. They'd kill me to know Sami is that kind of girl.. Think, Chelsea, Think..
Timothy!
"Oh, I'm going on a date with Timothy after school" I smiled.
Freddie smirked, "Ooohh.. A date! How wonderful! Well, good luck then" He patted me on the back, walking away.
Good luck, alright. I really hope Sami doesn't back out from this.

"God, the day is here.." Sami mumbled.
"You'll be fine, Sami! Just say everything, and don't hold back!" I reminded her.
"Hey, Babe" Derrick walked up to Sami, wrapping his arms around her.
Sami's eyes went wide, "Oh, hey." Derrick kissed her on the lips.
I stared at Sami, she stared at me back.
"No!" She mouthed to me.
I rolled my eyes, sighing.
"Oh, what? Little Austin doesn't have somebody else to love? Doesn't surprise me, since you're always so closed." He spat at me.
"Whatever, Derrick. At least I can keep my pants on" I shot back, walking away from the both of them.

I stomped inside the school.
"Hey, Chels" Timothy smiled at me.
"Hey" I said, gritting my teeth.
"Are you alright?" Tim's eyes filled with concern.
I sighed, sitting next to him.
"I don't know... Sami didn't break up with Derrick, Derrick went walking with us to school. I just" I threw my hands up.
Timothy pulled me in for a hug, he held me.
"I'm sure it just surprised her, perhaps she'll do that once she gets to school" Timothy suggested.
I sighed, "Maybe..."
Right after Timothy suggested that, Derrick and Sami walked in.
Derrick was still holding Sami, and Sami was still confused.
They stopped in front of us.
"Aw, look at the odd couple" Derrick said, looking at me. His head shot to Derrick.
"With you touching her like that, you'd think they were in a relationship. Huh, babe?" He turned his head to Sami.
She let out a fake laugh, "Yeah, sure." He smiled weakly.
I stared at her, and pointed to Derrick. "Do it!" I mouthed. Luckily Derrick wasn't watching.
Sami nodded, "Derrick, we need to talk. Alone.." She said.
"Mhm, alright, Babe. Let's go somewhere private then" He took her hands leading her to somewhere around the school.
They took a left, Perhaps they're going to the gym.
"Hey, Tim. I have to go to the restroom, I'll be right back." I said.
"Alright, don't take too long. And if that's just to put on makeup, don't bother. You don't need it" He smiled.
I blushed, walking away.
I don't really need to go to the restroom, but in that room you can hear everything that's going on in the gym. I need to be here in case anything goes wrong..
I stood there in the bathroom, one ear leaned against the wall.
"Look, Derrick. We need to break up-" I couldn't hear anything else after that, but it was Sami. Her voice must've gotten soft as she told him all the reasons.
There was a moment of silence, then I heard a SLAP!
I gasped, "No, you aren't, Sami." I heard Derrick say.
"Yes, I am! I'm done with you and this!" Sami yelled.
I got out the restroom and waited by the gym door, I peaked in.
They were just yelled at each other.
"After all I've done for you!" Derrick yelled.
Sami laughed, "What? Sex and abuse! Wow, thanks! But I don't need to be showered with those kinds of 'gifts'" She said sarcastically.
Derrick grabbed her, "Don't you dare fucking sass me, you little bitch" He spat in her face.
I could tell Sami was started to get scared.
Derrick let go of Sami, he was pacing around back and forth in front of her now.
"Well, if I can't have you!" He started.
I looked at him, pulling something out of his jacket.
I gasped, No!
"Then no one can!" I started running towards them.
Derrick shot the gun at Sami, but missed completely.
I heard Sami scream, "Chelsea!!!!"
I was on the ground, shot.
I looked up, Derrick looked panicked. He ran out of the gym.
Sami fell to her knees, holding my wounded body.
"Chels, W-Why?" She cried.
I looked at her, laughing. "This doesn't happen everyday, now does it?"
She laughs little.
"I said I'd do anything for you, I meant it." I whispered, feeling suddenly faint.
"Go get help, Sami..." I whispered.
She nodded, running out of the gym.
I heard her scream, "HELP! SOMEBODY! SOMEBODIES BEEN SHOT! PLEASE!"
I laughed a little, looking down at my wound. I covered it with my hand.
Fuck, this hurts..
I groaned.
Suddenly a group of people ran towards me, somebody lifted me up.
My vision started going blurry.
"No! Chelsea!!!" I heard Sami cry.
Her screams dialed down as I closed my eyes.
