                            Leo
"Mommy can I play with Hudson today?" I ask as soon as I wake up
"Today is our last day in Florida, is that how you wanna spend it?" Mommy asks. I nod my head and yawn.
"Aww, is my baby still waking up?" Mommy asks. I blush a little.
"No mama, I wide awake!" I say. Mommy rolls her eyes. I was obviously lying.
"Let's get breakfast then I'll call Leah, how's that sound?"
"Good!" I say. Mommy changes me out of my nini clothes.
"What do you wanna wear, my little prince?" Mama asks. I giggle as I think. My mommy is so perfect.
"I wanna wear our matching shirts!" I say. Yesterday mama bought us matching Stitch and Angel shirts!

"Now everyone will know you're my little boy!" Mommy says kissing my cheek

"Now everyone will know you're my little boy!" Mommy says kissing my cheek. I pair the shirt with above the knee shorts and a dark blue paci. Today I'm a big boy and wear my training pants.
"So no accidents at Hudson's house," Mommy says.
"I can do it mama! I'll be a big boy!" I say happily.
We eat breakfast. I try and eat as fast as possible but mommy slows me down.
"Baby, I know you wanna get to Hudson's. But if you eat that fast your tummy will hurt," mama says. I sigh but then slow down.
"Good boy," mommy says smiling at me.
After breakfast we go see Hudson!
"Mama, we there yet?" I ask.
"Not yet, bugaboo. Soon though," I clap my hands. I'm really really excited.
"Annnnddd, here we are!" Mommy says pulling into a driveway. I scurry out of the car and run to the doorstep.
"A doorbell?!? I love doorbells!" I say excitedly.
"You can press it, but only once." And I do!
"Mommy they're here!" I hear Hudson yell from inside. Hudson opens the door soon after.
"Hihi Leo!" she says out of breath.
"Hi Hudson!" I say with a giggle. Leah invites us in.
"Would you like anything to drink? I got tea, coffee, lemonade" she says. I sqeal at the thought of lemonade. I open my little bag and pull out a sippy.
"Would you like some lemonade in your sippy?" Leah asks.
   "Yes please!" I say.
"Aren't you so polite, Hudson do you want some?"
   "Yes mommy!" Hudson says.
"Okay you two go play, I'll get your sippys,"
And with that we run to Hudson's room.
It was so pretty! It felt like I entered a princess's room!
   "Wow!" I say in shock.

"Your bed is a carriage!" I say excitedly!    "Cause I'm a princess! And I get a princess bed!" She says   "I has a crib cause I'm a baby!" I say

"Here's my my little ponies. And here our my coloring books if you wanna color," Hudson says.
"Let's color!" I say excitedly. Leah brings us our sippys and we drink them while we color.
"Look! I colored Tinkerbell!" Hudson shows me. It looks super good!
"Its perfect! I colored Beauty and the Beast!" I say showing her my drawing.
"Y'know what I like to do?" Hudson asks with a mischievious look on her face.
   "What?" I whisper.
"Sometime I sneak up on mommy and listen what she says about me," Hudson says. I think for a minute. What does mommy say about me.
"Let's go!" Hudson says. We sneak down the hall quietly.

                     Tye

"How long have you been Hudson's caregiver?" I ask Leah. We've been chatting over a glass of wine and I'm really enjoying myself.
"A year and a half, but she wasn't my first little. What have been your challenges as a new caregiver?" She asks me.
"It came pretty naturally to me. I have a lot of younger siblings so I've taken care of kids my whole life, but I think that hardest thing for me was sticking to my word. I always wanna give Leo what he wants when he wants, but that's not always what's good for him," I say. Leah nods as I talk. She obviously understands.
"Of course! It would make Hudson happy to eat a diet of toaster strudels, but even though I love her happy, I can't let her do that," she says. I chuckle at that. Leo is all about junk food too.
"As I've learned about the community the thing that's surprised me the most is the lack of mommies.  You're actually the first mommy I've met!"
"There's so few of us and that surprised me too. You think becuase of our maternal instincts more women would take right to it-" Leah pauses and I immediately know why.
"Did you hear that jingle?" I whisper. Leah nods.
"Oh Leo!" I say teasingly in a sing song voice. I hear two little giggles.
"Is my princess eavesdropping again?" Leah asks. I get up quickly amd round the corner. There they are, looking adorably guilty.
"I was just wondering about you two, things were far too quiet." Leah says. I scoop Leo into a hug and kiss his forehead.
"Good thing mommy bought you that collar," Leo sighs.
"Now I can't get away with anything!" He says.
"I'd definitely beg the differ, but that's how mommy wants it."
   "Mommy I'm hungry!" Hudson says.
"I agree it is that time, how about we go out for lunch?!" Leah asks. Leo goes wide eyed and so does Hudson.
"Please please please!" Hudson asks tugging on her mommy's hand. Leah looks at me and I know its up to me.
"I think its a great idea!" I say.
"Yay!" Leo and Hudson say together.
We go to Culver's. I know what Leo is gonna order but he still look over the menu for 10 minutes.
"What can I get you guys to drink?" The waiter asks. I smile to myself as I again know what he's gonna order.
   "Lemonade please!" Leo asks.
"Sprite for me!" Hudson says. I ask for lemon water and so does Leah.
"Great mommies think alike!" Hudson says.
"Oh and can we get two color sheets?" Leah adds before the waiter leaves.
He comes back with drinks and color sheets. Leo picks up his cup with two hands and raises it to his lips. I already see disaster coming, and so can Leah.
"Baby, mommy thinks you should drink out of your sippy," I say digging in my purse for it. Leo puts down the cup and drops of Lemonade hit the table.
   "Okay mama!" He says obliviously.
Soon enough we all get our food. Leo orders chicken tenders just like he did the first time I met him. We all eat and chat and talk about when we'll get together again. If both Hudson and Leo are good, we'll meet up in three months. I know Leo is excited. And I am too
