Chapter 4: Seeing New Friends and New Foes

After saying bye to everyone at the arena, I went back to my dorm got changed back into my uniform with my glasses and started to head to Ozpins office. As I was walking there I felt someone following me, they were slowly catching up to me, so I decided to take a detour to the Cliff were the launch pads were, and I started looking over the cliff. Finally, I spoke.

Y/N: You know there's no reason to hide..I won't hurt you unless the situation calls for it.

Without saying a word, the mystery follower jumps from his hiding place and walks towards me.

Mysterious Follower: Excellent exactly what I'd suspect from my rival!

I stare at the dude. He has his uniform on but under it is a...green jumpsuit? He also has orange leg warmers on his pants, and his hands are wrapped. He has black hair and a bowl-cut, and he has black eyes with very big eyebrows. Before I could ask he took a stance and rushed at me with blinding speed and tried to land an ax kick on me. I hastily block the attack almost getting launched off the cliff. *Damn what's with this dude?* After that we start exchanging a few blows, but I tried to block most of them and stayed on defense trying not to mess up my uniform I eventually land a punch on his chest which pushed him back, and he flips and land perfectly in front of me smiling.

Mysterious Follower: Splendid you, of course, are a worthy rival!

He holds out his hand.

Rock Lee: My name is Rock Lee but just call me Lee!

I hesitantly take his hand and shake it.

Y/N: I'm Y/N L/N it's nice to meet you, Lee.

Rock Lee: Likewise.

After the handshake and a minute of awkward silence waiting for him to speak, I finally spoke up.

Y/N: Sooo Lee whats all this about us being rivals.

Lee looks at me and smiles.

Rock Lee: Oh I forgot to explain myself, here you said you needed to see the Headmaster so let's walk and talk.

Rock Lee starts walking back towards Ozpins office, and I follow him. When I catch up with him, he starts to explain himself.

Rock Lee: Just to clarify you were taught how to fight by Kakashi Hatake right the man who learned over 100 different techniques when it came to fighting?

I stare at him a bit shocked* I don't remember Kakashi every saying he was some big shot, although it would explain how he knew everything he taught me*I nod.

Rock Lee: Okay so Kakashi had a rival Might Guy! They were eternal rivals and best pals, and I'm Guy sensei's pupil! He taught me everything I know about fighting. So since your technically Kakashi's pupil and I'm Guy sensei's pupil why don't we become rivals like are masters?

I shrugged this seemed like a waste of time, I barely knew Lee I was about to turn his offer down but he was jumping up and down waiting for my reply, I sigh * I swear this is going to bite me in the ass later* I look to Rock Lee and give in.

Y/N: Sure Lee will be 'eternal rivals' or whatever it sounds like fun!

I hold out my hand, and Lee shakes it furiously his eyes brimming with excitement.

Rock Lee: Yeah! I have a rival like Guy-sensei! I need to train! Prepare yourself Y/N for the next time we fight it will be one that'll last throughout history!

With that Rock Lee does a thumbs up and starts to run off to what I'm guessing is more training. I chuckle * He might be weird, but he seems strong, so I'll go along with it for now.* I start to head my way to Ozpin's office, it takes some time, but I then reach the elevator and hit the up bottom. The elevator opens, and I enter, and I see a few buttons and one stick out to me the bottom one with a keycard next to it *What are you hiding Ozpin?* I hit the up button to his office and activate my Sharingan* I have no idea what to suspect from Ozpin if my time working with Junior taught me anything is everyone has a motive for doing something no matter how small.* The door opens, and I walk into Ozpin's office. It's a big office with a clockwork type desk with a view of all of Beacon. I see Ozpin looking at some papers. With Ms. Goodwitch next to his desk watching me like a hawk. Ozpin looks up at me and smiles.
