A/N- Okay to justify Jutsu's I'm gonna say that they still exist but elemental, summoning and all the other 'elemental' like Jutsu's are just gonna be the persons semblance, an example is Kakashi and his semblance lets him produce electricity so he can use Chidori and Obito can generate fire which can let him use his Fire Release techniques.
Obito P.O.V
Me, Rin, and Kakashi are running back to the village. We just completed our mission which was to handle some Grimm. After a half an hour of running through treetops, I finally see The Hidden Leaf Village and jump for joy!
Obito: Finally we're back! We're home!
Kakashi responds with no emotion.
Kakashi: Relax we need to report in with the Lord Third and then wait for further orders.
I sigh.
Obito: Jeez Kakashi lighten up a bit! Heck, you should at least show some emotion, with you becoming a Jōnin and everything.
Rin beams at this.
Rin: Yeah I have a great idea, we can report to Lord Third and then we can celebrate you becoming a Jōnin! So what do you say Kakashi?
We all stop moving, and Kakashi stares towards us, and eventually, he sighs.
Kakashi: Fine if that's what you guys want...
Me and Rin jump in victory, we then arrive at The Hidden Leaf Village and make our way to the Hokage's Office and report in with Lord Third. We report in and start to make our way to his office but as we were about to enter we overheard a discussion.
???: I'm telling you Sarutobi! We need to banish the Uchiha Clan; I know they're the root of all these rumors about the village's destruction. If we get rid of them now, then we can prevent a possible atrocity!
Lord Third: I refuse! By the Will of Fire, we are all together. If something is threatening one of us, it is threatening all of us. We must work together! I also sent word to the Kingdoms of Vale and Atlas, and so far they've been trying their best to help us. So Danzo let me reiterate, please help us find the source of these rumors and help us put a stop to them.
We're all listening, but the room's gone silent after a bit I hear Danzo respond.
Danzo: As you wish Lord Third.
We then hear Danzo walk towards the door and we all back up and appear as if we just arrived. We see Danzo open the door, glare at us and walk away. With that, we all enter the Hokage's office and line up. Lord Third looks at us.
Lord Third: Good your all back, please Kakashi report on your mission.
Kakashi takes a step forward.
Kakashi: Yes Lord Third, We traveled to the nearby village as stated and eliminated the Grimm causing the villagers trouble.
Lord Third looked at us and nodded. We were about to leave, but something was bugging me, I look to Lord Third.
Obito: Uhh Lord Third what was that discussion about earlier, is something bad happening involving the Uchiha clan?
Rin scratches the back of her head, and Kakashi rubs his eyes while shaking his head. I look back at them confused. *Did I do something wrong?* Kakashi somehow reading my mind responds to my question.
Kakashi: Idiot, we weren't supposed to know about that, now he knows we listened in..
I freeze and slumps over and look over to Lord Third who is just sighing.
