"Harry!" I cried, thrashing against the arms that held me back from something I had been waiting on for months. Just a sign of hope, no matter how small. "Let go of me!" I screamed and screamed till my mouth tasted like blood, and until I could no longer scream. It seemed useless.. the nurses and doctors just carried me further and further away from Harry.

"Let her go, you pricks!" I heard Niall shout, but I looked over to find him restrained by four burly men, and he was trying his absolute best to get to me. His demeanor was completely hostile, and I could tell that he was going to fight mode because he couldn't get to me when I was in obvious distress. I looked towards Niall with pleading eyes, feeling tears slip down my hot cheeks. The nurses and doctors holds on me we're starting to hurt, enough to the point that I was sure they were going to leave violent bruises behind.

I reached for Niall with a shaky hand, trying to cross the distance between us but he was too far. Niall elbowed the Doctor, and that came with a yelp from the doctor, as Niall tried to push himself towards me with his outstretched hand. Our fingertips barely grazed each other before I was ripped into the cold, pale-lit hallway. Another scream ripped from my sore throat and I started thrashing because now I was being taken away from Niall. "No, Niall! Please! Please don't take me away from him too! I need him— please!" I cried and cried, but it seemed like I wasn't even being heard.

Niall tackled one of the security guards, punched him in the face, and was so close to getting to me that I could smell his minty and smoky scent, until a doctor jammed a syringe into his neck. His body went limp in the arms of the doctors, a man who once held more power than I thought a single person could possess was now completely defenseless. I fell onto my knees, going limp in the crowd that was attached to me. I cried and screamed but nothing, nothing, fucking happened. It was like everyone went heartless. Where was Nia? Where was she? And what were they doing to Harry? What the hell did they do to Niall.

I looked up at a sea of blurry people who were not my friends. I made eye contact with the person who plunged a syringe of an unknown substance into my fiancé's neck. "What did you do?! What the fuck did you do?!" I kicked out and struck him in his ankles, and I reveled in him crashing to the floor with a loud thump but it still didn't feel like a big enough victory.

I swung my fist back to the group of people around me, connecting my fist to any part of a body that I could. Anger of what they did to Niall, keeping us away from each other, anger of keeping me away from Harry fueled my fists and I thought I would never stop at that point. Grunts circled around me, and then a sting shot through my neck. My body tensed and froze all actions. The blood in my veins felt warm, way too warm, but it seemed to slow to almost a complete stop. My knees buckled and my eyes felt heavy. Through the fluttering of my eyelids, the last thing I saw was the pale ass, broken ass light on the hospital ceiling.

Niall's POV

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

I woke up in a cold sweat in a room, or lack thereof, that I had never seen before. It was like I had been taken at will and thrown into an old Asylum, into a padded room with no windows and fabric hanging from where patients probably pulled at it while they were trying to free themselves from whatever horrendous act that was about to be done unto them.

What the actual fuck.

Rage filled my veins, along with confusion and regret. I was going to kill these people for hurting Tylie and my child and making her cry, and I was confused as to why they had a fucking padded room in a normal hospital and I was wondering if they had put Tylie in a room like mine (which I would also make them pay for if they did), and I felt regret because I knew that if I hadn't punched the doctor then I wouldn't be here and I could be with Tylie, consoling her, and our daughter.
