chapter 48

Matts POV:

Thalia and I were hanging out today. I know that we aren't together anymore, but I'm still happy to have her in my life and be able to call her my bestfriend again. Mirabella went back home and I'm pretty sure we don't have to worry about her anymore. I went to Thalias house and picked her up. We were going to tacobell. When she opened the door, I couldn't look away. She looked flawless. "Are you ready?" she said which snapped me out of my daydream. "Oh yeah. Sorry." I said. She smiled and we went on our way to tacobell. Once we arrived, I opened the door for her and let her walk in first. Then, I followed and ordered our food. She sat down right away and waited for me. We came here so many times when we were dating that I had memorized her order. Once I got the food I sat down with her. "You know, the first time we came to tacobell together, this is where we sat." she said. It's so cute how she remembered :) I'm still in love with her. I can't stop. I don't think I ever will.

Camerons POV:

I was hungry and I had been craving tacobell for awhile. I grabbed some money and started walking. It was only a few minutes away. I walked in and I seen Thalia and Matt sitting at a table. I was about to walk over, when I seen them talking, and laughing. Thalia looked happier than ever. I quickly walked away and ordered my food. It might sound creepy, but I couldn't stop looking at them. Her smile was bigger than ever and she never smiled that much around me. Watching those two together hurt me. Because I knew, I wasn't meant to be with Thalia. No matter how much I wished I was, I wasn't. Matt was. Him and Thalia have so much history and they were meant to be together. I couldn't keep them apart. Thalia may love me, but Matt is the one she's meant to be with. Deep down, I know shes still in love with Matt.
