chapter 54

Matts POV:

Thalia and I have been planning this wedding for a long time, and we're finally done. I want it to be 100% perfect. She means everything to me and I don't want a single thing to go wrong. I want this wedding to be perfect, just like her.

Thalias POV:

Kaylee and Amanda took me dress shopping and as soon as I tried this one on, it just felt like it was meant for me. It was a white strapless sweetheart neckline dress. It flared out when it got near my waist. I felt like a real princess when I wore it. They threw me a batchelorette party and everything too. But tomorrow was the day. The day I would become a married woman. To the man of my dreams. The one and only, Matthew Lee Espinosa.

*the wedding day*

Matts POV:

Today I would marry the girl I've always loved. I still couldn't believe it. I invited all of the guys, and my closest family members. I couldn't wait to see her walking down the isle, for her to finally be Mrs. Espinosa. Even thinking about it gave me chills. I got dressed into my tuxedo and put my tie on. Before I put it on, I looked at it. Thalia bought this tie for me. The memories of her always helping me tie my tie for me started flooding into my mind. Actually, all of our memories together came into my mind. She made me happier than any one else ever could. I couldn't wait to put that ring on her finger, and be with her for the rest of my life.

Thalias POV:

The wedding was today, and I was happier than ever. Today, I was getting married. The thought of that seemed insane to me. Me, I was getting married. I couldn't believe it. And to the man I've always loved. Through everything. I got dressed into normal clothes and  went to the nail salon and got french tips. The wedding wasn't until later, and I wasn't going to wear a wedding dress to get my hair and nails done. Once they were finished, I headed to the beauty salon and got my hair and makeup did for the wedding. I could just imagine it. Matthew Lee Espinosa and I were getting married. Over a million other girls would die to be in my shoes right now. I was so lucky to end up with such an amazing fiancé. The nice lady who was doing my hair and makeup finished and I looked in the mirror. "Oh my god. Thank you! I absolutely love it, you did such an amazing job!" I said to her. She giggled. "You're welcome! And you look stunning. I hope you have a great wedding." she said to me. I smiled at her and paid her. I got into my car and started driving back. When I arrived, I called Kaylee and Amanda to come over and start getting ready. We were all getting ready together. They quickly arrived and got into their bridesmaid dresses. I picked out mint green bridesmaid dresses for them. They got changed into their dresses and I got changed into my wedding dress. Once we were all done changing they both looked at me. "Wow. You look amazing." they both said. "We're so happy for you!" they said with a smile :) I couldn't ask for better best friends. I looked at the time. There was 2 hours until the wedding. I put my heels on and we drove to where the wedding was being held. We were having our wedding outside, since the weather was so nice lately. The three of us arrived soon enough, and Amanda and Kaylee met up with Hayes and Shawn.

Matts POV:

The wedding was starting in a half hour. I was so nervous. I loved Thalia so much and I wanted everything to go perfectly. I took the ring out one last time and looked at it. In less than an hour, I would be married to Thalia, and she will finally be my queen. I walked outside to see the guys. "Ayee Matt! Its been so long! How've you been?" Nash said. "Great! Especially since I'm getting married today! I love her so much man. You don't even know." I said. "You're a really lucky guy Matt, don't forget that." Cameron said. "Hey congratulations man!" Carter said. "Thanks man!" I said as we did our bro hug. I greeted the rest of the guys and we all talked until the wedding was about to start. I stood at the alter with the priest as everyone took a seat. A few seconds later, I seen Thalia with her dad walking her down the aisle. I couldn't help but smile :) She looked absolutely flawless. I wasn't allowed to see her all day because its bad luck to see the bride on our wedding day. But now that I see her, I'm just speechless. She takes my breath away. She joined me at the alter. I looked into her eyes and held her hands as the priest said our vows.

"Do you, Matthew, take Thalia to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do."

"And do you, Thalia, take Matthew to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do."

The biggest smile spread across my face when she said that :)

"With the power vested in me, I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride."

I smiled into a kiss as our lips moved in perfect sync. I heard cheers and claps, but I felt sparks. We both separated our lips from one another and smiled. Then, we ran down the aisle hand in hand. I just married the one girl who has always supported me, made me smile, made me laugh, made me feel better, and so much more. She was now mine. When I slid that ring onto her finger, I felt like I had everything I could ever ask for. I felt complete.

Thalias POV:

Matt and I just had our first kiss as husband and wife. I felt sparks flying. Everything in my life seemed like it just got better. I can't believe it. I'm married! I looked down at the ring on my finger. It was beautiful. Matt picked the perfect one. Later on, I threw the bouquet and Kaylee and Amanda dove for it! It looked like they were tackling people like in football! But, Matts mom ended up catching it! After that, everyone went up to the microphone and said a few things. Shawn said "Matt! You're married! I can't believe it. It seems like just yesterday we were goofing around at Magcon. I remember when we first met, you wouldn't shut up about Thalia! And now look at you! You guys are married! Good times, good times. And Thalia, I remember when I first met you! I finally met the girl that Matt was in love with. And I'm happy I did! You're a great girl and I'm happy you're with Matt." Then Cameron came up. "Matt, you're one of my best friends and I couldn't be happier for you and Thalia. Sure, we've had rough times in the past, but we're best friends and best friends can't stay mad at eachother! And Thalia, where do I begin? You were always there for me, and still are. I remember when we always used to have dance parties together and sing our hearts out! You're the greatest best friend anyone could ever ask for, and I'm happy I get to say you're mine. Thank you for always being there for me and making me laugh." I almost started crying when Camerons speech was over. I remembered how we had dance parties, and facetimed every night. I miss those days. Cameron and I don't talk as much as we used to. Sure,we text every now and then, but its not the same. I hope that changes soon. All of the other boys gave speeches and some of Matts family and some from mine gave speeches. When that was done, we all went to the dancefloor and danced the night away. Matt swept me off of my feet and he made me feel so happy. I made the right choice marrying him. He's my world. I love him♥ I took a break and went into the bathroom. I washed my hands because I was eating some food, and I looked up into the mirror. I noticed the necklace Matt bought me for my birthday when I was sixteen. So many memories came into my mind from that night. How he bought me that beautiful dress, how he danced with me, everything. I smiled at all of the memories we had, and how much I loved him. The wedding ended a couple hours later and we left to go on our honeymoon in Hawaii. "I love you Thalia, with all my heart." he said. "I love you too Matt."
