Jamie's POV

"I can't believe he did that" Riley said after I told him what happend

"Same here"

"I'm sorry"

"It's okay, RIley. You don't have to apologize" I smiled

"And you don't have to be so strong all the time, come here" He held me in his arms and that's when I totally broke down

I was standing by my locker and I saw Connor across the hall...With Danny and the rest of the basketball team, including Kian...Kian's always been with them but he wasn't really 'friends' with Danny, but Connor...He doesn't hang out with them, never... well only during training and their games

"Hey Lou" Kian separated from the group to stay with me

"Hi"

"You alright?"

"Yeah. Uhmm why are you here?"

"Do you not want me here?" 

"No. I do, it's just-"

"Well, well,well" Kian got cut off by Danny who was standing in between us now

"Lawley, you never told me about this" He gestured at both of us

"Good thing someone did. I didn't actually believe him at first but now...wow. Jamie, baby why would you settle for less than me?" He pushed me back up against a locker

"Danny, stop it" I hissed

"Does he make you feel better than I ever did? Does he touch you better?"

"Danny, stop" Kian was starting to pull Danny away from me

"You were with him while we were together weren't you?"

"NO I wasn't, Stop this right now Danny, you're causing a scene" His grip on my waist was tight...tight enough that I can't break free

"No, let me show them who you belong to" 

"Da-" His lips crashed with mine and I kept on stomping at his foot and in a swift movement, Kian's fist collided with his jaw then he punched again until Danny's lip busted open

"Fuck" 

Kian pulled him up by the collar and smashed his back against a locker

"Lay a finger on her one more time and I swear to God I will not go easy on you" but of course, Danny wasn't taken aback. He punched Kian in the stomach

"Stop it! Danny!" I tried to pull him away from Kian but he was too strong and too heavy

Kian's nose is bleeding! 

There was a crwod around us but they were just staring, others were even cheering. My eyes met Connor's and he just smirked

"Get off of him" I attempted to pull Danny again but he pushed me...hard

My head hit the floor and I groaned in pain

"JAMIE" Kian was still struggling but he was able to break free from Danny's hold and ran to me

"What is happening here? Get to your classrooms" that was Ms. Rivers, I think 

"Mr.McDonough, I'm sure you don't mind taking her to the clinic"

I shook my head even if it hurt but Ms. Rivers didn't notice

"I think it'll be better if I d-"

"No, mr. Lawley. I need you and mr.Lively in the principal's office. Now."

Connor,surprisingly, had a gentle hold on me and guided me to the clinic

"I can do it myself from here. I don't need your help" I said

"Oh real-"

"I needed your help 10 minutes ago. But you were just standing there with a motherfucking smirk on your face and-"

"It's because I told him to do it" He said proudly

"You what?!" I can't think straight. Jesus!

"I told him that if he could kiss you in front of a crowd, I'd -"

"NO. I've heard enough... You are a sick bastard Connor. I don't even know what's gotten into you. Right now my head hurts like hell and it's all your fault so fuck you for that and I cannot think straight but I do know that you are not the Connor that I fell in love with"

I turned on my heel,leaving Connor confused and probably awe struck with my confession
