It wasn't long until (Y/n) and her new creation Len Kagamine make it to a nearby shop, where Len saw some interesting things through his sensor...

Object: Violin, Flute, Cello...
Purpose: To create music for entertainment for humans
No danger to them whatsoever...

"Hmm these instruments...they aren't dangerous or life threatening at all!"

(Y/n) giggled at Len's reaction before grabbing his hand, pulling him towards the front door.

"Well I thought maybe music is your thing, that's why I brought you here!"

"Music...?"

The young scientist and Len enter inside the shop, where there were instruments everywhere.
There were drums, clarinets, saxophones and guitars!
Len stares at them with awe as (Y/n) rang the bell on the countertop, summoning the owner of the music shop, Kousei!
Kousei beams a smile as he hugs the young scientist.

"(Y/n)! Man, it's been awhile since you visited! What brings you here?"

"Oh I brought a new friend! Len Kagamine!"

(Y/n) points to Len, who was pressing his face against the glass case, entranced by the item inside: A black piano key guitar with a gold leather strap attached.
His blue eyes widened with excitement as he began to drool.

"It's...it's beautiful..."

"I think Len loves one of your instruments~"

(Y/n) giggled as she and Kousei approach Len from behind, he was still addicted to the piano key guitar.
Kousei chuckles as he grabs a key from his pocket.

"Well, it won't hurt to let him try it out~"

Len moved aside as Kousei then unlocks the case, carefully taking out the fancy instrument.
He then hands it to Len, softly smiling.

"Go on, take it"

Len's blue eyes widened with surprise as he stared at the instrument, then back up at the young owner.

"R-really? I-I can try it out?"

"Of course, careful though, it's pretty heavy even for me"

Kousei nervously chuckles as Len slowly takes the piano key guitar, staring at his reflection in it.
He couldn't believe it, he was actually holding an instrument for the very first time...
It felt amazing.
He then glances at (Y/n), wondering what she was going to say.
She giggles as she waved her hand.

"Go on Lenny, play something!"

Len just loved the smile on his creators face, he wanted to see it everyday.
He smiles back at her as he then presses one of the keys...it made a low sound.
He stares at it confused while Kousei chuckled.

"You pressed the G key, that makes a low pitch sound"

"Oh..."

Len's voice trails off as he stares at the keys in front of him.
He then presses another key and it made a high pitch sound.
(Y/n) giggled.

"That's the E key, it makes a high pitch sound!"

"Ah! It sounds...amazing! I want to play music with this instrument!"

Len smiles as he continues pressing random keys, laughing at the sounds they made.
Kousei and (Y/n) laugh behind him, loving the boy's silliness.

"So wait a minute, he's a robot?"

Kousei asked (Y/n) while they sat behind the countertop, Len not listening to them because he was too busy playing his new instrument.
(Y/n) nods as she takes a sip of tea from her cup.

"Yep...took me 14 years to get him functioning"

"No wonder why you couldn't visit me much...are you going to show (F/n)?"

(Y/n)'s (e/c) eyes lit up with surprise before lowering her head, ignoring Kousei's gaze.
She slowly shakes her head no, causing Kousei to sigh.

"Sorry...didn't know you two were still..."

"Don't worry about it now, I have Len by my side, he'll be my new best friend"

(Y/n) sadly smiled as she stares at her creation, who was still smiling and playing that piano key guitar of his.

Len will be my new best friend...even if he is an android.
